The one to turn

I felt myself suddenly breathe deeply, only to realize I was waking up.

"......." It was quiet, really quiet around me.

I opened my lazy eyes. Only to breathe in the scent of bleach. (...uhh....clean room...) I told myself. I guessed that was a good thing. I reached up to the top of my head, only to pull of a cloth from my head, I dropped in onto the bed, not caring where it landed. My splitting headache still clung to me.

*Click* The door swung open.

"....." I blinked my half-dead eyes. Only to see the figure of Eren show up. "Nice..! Your awake."

"...." I averted my eyes. "Hey..... are you alright?, dose your head hurt?" Eren picked up the cloth from my bed, while I sunk down farther in the white sheets.
"It hurt...., but I'll live." I looked up at his emerald eyes, which had sadness in it. I tried to sit up, only to feel my back sting in pain." !..ngh..." Eren right away reached over to balance me.
"I'm sorry, but you shouldn't be moving Captain's orders."

"W-what........guess I still have-" My words stopped, only to see that the cuff was off my arm.
"! w-what. the..." I blinked my eyes, thinking it was some kind of dream.

"What is it? What's wrong?" Eren followed my gaze since I didn't reply only stared at my arm.

"I-it's gone..."

Once again the door swung open again. " Hey! Cadet Eren, just what are you doing?"
"!!! C-Captain Sir." Eren almost dropped me back onto the bed. "W-ah..." I whimper came out from me. Only he stopped in time.
"Tch.., watch it I don't need extra injuries on the list." Levi hissed a little.

I looked down.... in apology. ( Maybe I'm just a burden..)

"Hey..! Eren..."

"Yes?" Eren brought his eyes back up to the leader.
Levi stayed quiet for a moment, his eyes seemed dull, and tired like always."..........I want a healthy soldier, I leave her to you."
*T_THUmp* My heart skipped a beat. (W-wait..... I need to) I took in a deep breath, just before Levi could leave.

"Captain..!." I called out to the raven-haired guy. Slowly he turned on his heel to face me once again. I held my hand out to him.
He walked over with no emotion on his face. * Tap....tap...tap* He stopped by my bed. While Eren stood quiet, slightly worried on what was going to happen.

While Levi stood there, I realized the arm I held out was the one I had in chains. 'Ah...no! why that arm...'
I began yelling at myself. It happens so fast. I didn't even realize the white cloth Levi pulled out from his pocket.
By now my heart was racing super fast. *Thumpthumpthumpthumpthump!*

Just like that, the Captain out of pure confusion wrapped the white cloth around my partly healed wrist.
Eren was already about to faint on the spot, he was so shocked that Levi even did such a thing. I just stared lost on words.

"....." Levi stood up, I still was unable to read his face. He looked me hard in the eyes, I could see a slight twinkle in those sharp grey eyes.
He stood up, almost as if he was bowing. Walking out without another word, we both watched him take his leave. No matter the height, he still seemed to be a good man. ( D-did I just..)

* Click..* The door shut. * Tap.....tap...tap..* Levi walked past Cadet Hanji, his face blank while her face in shadows.

*Click!* The door swung open to my room and slammed.

"YAAHHHOOO!!! ______!" Hanji screamed at the top of her lung.

"YOU MY friend have just gained Shorty's TRUST!"

Her words left Eren, and I speechless.

{ Outside}

"YAAAAHHOOOOO!!!" A Loud shout made everyone freeze in place. Even Levi stopped his talk with Erwin. The two only blinked at each other.

"Woow.... someone happy." A cadet spoke near them.

"Her experiment must of gone well."
