'OH crap, was I just about to get hit by something?' I felt the blood inside me freeze a bit. 'but wait who was the voice? It sounded so familiar. However, what was about to come next would make us all question life just a bit more.

{"Attacking a girl with a weapon really? Tch} Sounded in my mind.

{and yet you call yourself men."} The voice that hissed near by made a man get raged just behind me.

"Silence!!" A voice roared within second over us all.

My eyes shot up, as I didn't move. However, I could feel something cold at my neck.

'Who..could save me now?'

Everyone froze in place. I didn't know how to feel. Fear? sadness, or joy that might be rid of this jail now, and return to me friends. I watched as they stood above me, the judge watching us with the fear and emotion in our eyes. But now I can't move.

I tried to breath, and figure this mess out. A way to lean me on their side, my friends. But also not get hate from everyone, or at least less.

"Miss_____." The judge called to me.

I detested being called miss, but I let it slide. I wanted to be freed.

The cold metallic feeling still at my neck. The sense of me being in danger was horrible, It was weird to say this. But after all this, I felt safer being next to Eren in titan form than this. "Y..yes?" I looked up at the judge. "Do you confess to being a titan controller, or the fact you are some stranger who doesn't belong here. Tell me...where did you come from? There are no records of you here on file saying you took training , or your birthplace."

"Answer this now, where are you from??" The judges voice got louder, I still felt that coldness at my neck.

"The...truth is.... I.....I'm not sure how I got here. How I ended up in the field where titans roamed. I just woke up there one day. Even if I would say, where I was born...and I remembered. It wouldn't make a difference....because it's not here. I don't ever recall seeing a titan before that in my life.

"What!? you believe this crap!? She clearly is a spy! or someone playing innocent." Yelled another man form a regiment from above. "Titans have been here for years! are you clam to have never seen one!? pftt another land, sure you...are..such a-"

*THUD!* I suddenly heard something slam down on the desk, with a click of speed I felt a sharper push into my neck.

"Shoot, and gilt will eat you alive for the rest of your days. Knowing you shot a human who is just looking for a home." A voice hissed, a voice I couldn't look at. "Yelling will not help the case move on."

" I heard enough of this! Shoot her!!" Yelled another, making the judge furious out these outbursts. *click!* * BANG!!! THUD!** The sound of a shot roared through the room in seconds. My ears rang with pain, my heart raced. like mad. While a sudden burst of pain came flying into my gut. Making me fall forward, as the chains on my wrist dug into me. *Ching!* The chain creaked. My stomach burned with pain. Making me cough and hack.

"GuUGH..!!" I gasped. My insides burned as this all happened so fast. *THUD thud thud thud!* I felt it once again a strong force slamming into my side, gut, and back. Crushing me into burning pain. "Cough!!" I could barley breath, as my limp body hung there facing the ground. Feeling bruises form on me already.

"Tch, I told you don't shoot. That was unnecessary." 'T..-that..voice.....' I swallowed a metallic taste of blood in my mouth. tilting my head up, just a bit at my hair hung in my face. 'W-..who is...-'

"Now hold on Levi."

'W-what..!?' My eyes widen at this, even if I burned in pain. "What if she gets mad, and summons her titan ally, or even turns into one."

"Don't be stupid." My blurry vision looked up, seeing the long brown boots, then followed by the face...., the face of the raven haired man I learned to trust...enough. Levi. It was him. His face looked soo stoic, and cold.

'B-but..why...Why did you..' *cough.!* I let out another painful hacking cough. Feeling myself drowned in a weaker feeling I couldn't move barley. I felt so crushed....,so lost. 'Why,why. did he.....-' Was I really that untruthful much, that he had to nail me with his foot. beat the life out of me that I already barley had.

"Look at that, shooting you're bullet, it could of killed her. Then we would never get any answers, now would we?"

"Tch, how dare you take my job. In hunting down the enemy." Spat the man at Levi who stood behind me, as another gun was pointed at me, ready to shoot the second I showed life of a titan. My pained body began to twitch, as I slowly looked up. My heart..., and soul was so lost..., and hurt

When suddenly the cold, silvery eye locked on mine. As my figure froze in shock, and sorrow. He just looked at me, with those eyes for a second, as if wanting to say something. Trying to mouth.. out some words from my lips. It happened.

*CRUNCH!* His foot went flying into my face, and gut once again knocking me down, as blood began to pour from my nose. Making me wanna scream out in pain, but instead I held it in. Tears streamed down my face, as my heart began to shatter.....from what ever bond I already had formed with this man. 'L.Levi..h-how..could.......'

"See, and I could take her down without a fight. If you ask me. She is nothing but a normal human, wanting to be in the military with us."

"How....could. y-you.......-" My low...pained voice..mumbled out as I completely blacked out. Falling forward like a doll, my body fell limp to the ground, exhausted. It was over.... I was at my limit from what I could take.

All I wanted was to go home..., and sleep. Where ever that home was.....
