Knight to the Princess' Rescue

It's been a few days since Kiru and the gang went to the dungeon. Akumo has been keeping in contact with him. From his knowledge, nobody has found the dungeon. Which is a good thing. Akumo is also still stuck at Haven Guild. Yumemiro had apparently put an even stronger magic aura around him while he was asleep. So it is now even harder for Akumo to escape. Yumemiro has stopped coming to visit him. Only an occasional member of Haven Guild enters to bring in food and drinks.

Akumo now sits on the bed he has always been sitting on. He takes small sips from a cup. It was warm water. A few treats were on a tray on the bedside table. They have not been touched. The male got an update from Kiru earlier. They were fighting monsters currently. According to what Kiru had said, they were now close to finishing going through the dungeon. That means Kiru and his guild members will be coming back soon. Akumo feels extremely happy about that news. He does not outright show it though.

- Kiru : Akumo? We're done with defeating the monsters! We're gonna move to the last area now! -

-  Good. Be careful out there, okay? -

- Kiru : Okay boss! -

Akumo takes another sip from his cup. He wears a frown. A feeling of dread looms over him. The male is worried. Every time that happens, something goes wrong. Akumo prays that his guild will be okay. It would be best if they could return without bumping into anyone else. A lot of the guilds have become more aggressive lately because of Satan's Guild entering the dungeon. Akumo has heard from the members of Haven Guild that many guilds have come over to attack them. It is fortunate that they have Nozomi and Yumemiro in the guild. He also could tell because of all the noise they made whenever a guild attack. As much as Akumo hated his overprotective behaviour, he still hoped Yumemiro would not get hurt. Obviously, it was hard to tell now that he does not visit him, but Akumo hopes Yumemiro will be okay. After all, the male had a tendency of pushing himself too hard.

Yumemiro : I told you to leave me alone!

It was Yumemiro's muffled voice. He seems to be angry. Akumo perks up at this. Usually, Yumemiro is not one to lose temper so easily (unless with himself of course), so it surprised Akumo a little. Someone must have done something really bad. Akumo continues to sip on his drink. He closes his eyes as he tries to focus. The male wants to listen in on the conversation.

Yumemiro : I'm fine okay?!

Nozomi : No you're not!

Nozomi's voice. The conversation intrigues Akumo even more. To have Nozomi involved in this, made things a whole lot more interesting.

Yumemiro : Just-Just leave me alone!

Akumo could hear footsteps walking away. Yumemiro must have stormed off. Hm. A lot of things to take in for just one short conversation. One, Nozomi had implied that Yumemiro was injured in some way or another. This concerned Akumo a little. It will most likely be a physical injury. This is because, Akumo has found that Yumemiro cares more about his mental health than his physical health most of the time. Two, Yumemiro seems to be refusing help. Now that was the puzzling part. From experience, Akumo had never seen Yumemiro reject anyone's help before. And even if he did, he would never shout like that. So, Akumo concludes that it must be a fatal injury. The male begins to worry. But he can't even do anything because of the magic aura surrounding him. And if Yumemiro did have a fatal injury, Akumo would not want to cause the male to run around the place looking for him.
