Ticking Time

Back in the cave, Akumo and Kiru manage to find some kind of cave system. It was extremely big and very complex. Akumo helped them find a small little area for them to rest. Nobody should be able to find them here.

As Kiru rests his legs, Akumo starts to think up a plan. First off, asses the situation. He knows something must have happened at the man's end to make him so angry. Possibly something to do with that translucent guy. He also knows that the man has gotten so angry that he is now revealing his true colours.

This could be useful if the man ends up showing his weak spot. The man is trying to kill him and Kiru as well. Though Akumo thinks it's more of him than Kiru. Second, future benefits. What would the man benefit from if he killed him? This took a little longer to think about since Akumo didn't have the slightest clue.

Akumo paces around the area.

Kiru : Whatcha thinking about?

Akumo : I'm trying to figure what the man will benefit from if he kills me.

Kiru : Hm...Maybe he's not trying to kill you? Like maybe it's just a side quest?

Akumo : If it's just a side quest, then why go all out?

Kiru : Well, to cover the main plan duh. It's always like that in video games. I took forever to figure out how that worked.

Akumo thinks for a moment. Then, he remembers something.

Akumo : Kiru, do you still see the big arrows?

Kiru looks around.

Kiru : They're right above us.

Akumo quickly grabs Kiru's hand. A dim white glow radiates from his. After some time, the glow disappears. Akumo lets out a sigh of relief.

Kiru : Is...Something wrong?

Akumo : Uh no! It's fine now! I just thought of something and panicked for a second.

That's when he hit a moment of realisation. - This is bad if he's planning to do that....He could take over the whole world at this point - . The realisation of that something has now made Akumo more determined than ever to stop the man.

Third, how to defeat him. Now that's a tough one and a big problem. Akumo doesn't know how to defeat the guy. Back then, Nozomi was the one who did it and Akumo thought he was dead. But now that he's back, meaning Nozomi's method didn't work, and he needs to come up with something that'll truly wipe this man away from existence.

He'll probably use the next few days to think about this.

Kiru : *Gasps* Boss! We don't have much time! Look!

Kiru shows Akumo the timer under their objective. It read '3 days left'. Akumo was greatly taken aback by this.

Akumo : 3 days?!

This is bad. Really bad. Akumo has to think of something in 3 days and he has to think fast. If he can't defeat that man, he'll never be able to get out of this situation. Looks like Akumo has to do some hard thinking. The male sits himself down beside Kiru, who hugs his hand to show his support. Akumo smiles. How lucky he is to have him by his side.
