Awakened as NPCs?!

When Akumo had woken up, Yumemiro and Kiru had pounced onto him and hugged him tightly. The male almost had a heart attack from the sudden hug but he ended up comforting them anyways. They also kept crying so there's that. Osore also joined in later on and let's just say, everyone was really happy that Akumo was alive. After all the crying and hugs, Akumo questions what happened that day. Kiru explained the entire situation to him and what happened while he was in a coma. It was fortunate that the man created a 'shop' so they could buy medical stuff. It took up a lot of savings but Kiru said that it was worth it. He also heard about his brother's situation and felt bad that he caused him to not be eating well. Akumo thinks he should monitor his brother more. He really sucks at taking care of his physical health. Anyhow, Kiru was quick to help Akumo catch up on what happened during the past few days.

First, the 'shop'. A place where you can buy anything and everything as long as you've got the money. However, the cheap stuff was mostly useless and the useful things were all extremely expensive. Hence, guilds had to save up a ton if they ever wanted to buy anything from the 'shop'. Second, a new event was coming soon. Apparently it was something related to them having to kill off some kind of boss. Though the man never gave the details. Having caught himself up with what was going on, Akumo began taking notes now. It has been too long since he got separated from his guild. He will now be taking over the leader role once more. And Akumo has to say that Kiru did an excellent job in leading the guild while he was knocked out. But now he'll be taking over and Kiru could rest. It's time for the real leader to step up now and finally fulfill his role.

According to Kiru, they only had a few days left before the event began. Also, Akumo and the guild finally returned to their camp which was fortunately not stolen. Thank god they put a protective barrier around it. And it seems the traps worked too since many dead bodies were scattered around the barrier. Anyhow, it's home sweet home. Not excatly but hey. Before they had set off actually, Yumemiro was really upset that Akumo had to leave. Akumo assured him that they will be meeting soon since the event is nearing. However, Yumemiro still misses Akumo and gave him a big goodbye hug before he left. They also gave each other warnings so as to prevent themselves from hurting themselves. For example 'Make sure to take care of your physical health. I'll ensure that Nozomi keeps an eye on you and if you don't listen I'll stab you' and another example is 'Then you make sure not to go running off and do stupid stuff otherwise I'll rip your heart out'. It was a very nice conversation.

Anyhow, 3 days has passed and the male is now sitting in his room. He is calculating what kind of event the next one would be and how they could best win it. Currently, Kiru is rubbing against Akumo affectionately as he showers him with love.

Kiru : So have you figured out what the event is about yet?

Kiru continues rubbing himself against Akumo's arm. The male almost resembles a cat in this scenario.

Akumo : Not really...but it might be related to video games or something.

Kiru perks up and starts getting excited.

Kiru : Really? Whoa! Then I want to be the princess in the story! I always play the princess!

Kiru happily cheers and shows off how much he loves playing princess in video games. Akumo smiles and rubs his head.

Akumo : Well, I'm sure you'll be a great princess.

Kiru : And you'll be the Prince!
