Finale : Part I

The sun is setting.

The sky, a beautiful hue
of orange, pink and blue.

Fluffy clouds float by,
decorating the sky

And yet darkness looms over this spacious area. Bringing dread and fear for those who enter.

The trio have arrived. A special place that the man had instructed them to meet him at. They look around but the man is not here. He's late.

The area the man had chosen looked like a blazing desert. There are cracks on the ground as the place is covered with a thin layer of fog. No plants could be grown, no animals in sight. The outrageously heat is slightly bearable, but the excessive amount of space seems suspicious.

Akumo stays alert, just in case the man decides to pull something on them. As the trio wait, they go through their plan one final time. The man had given them back their powers, so they should be able to use them to their advantage in this fight.

As long as they can create an opening for Yumemiro to shoot, they can defeat the man easily.

Moments later, the man appears before them. As usual, he wears his costume and pairs it with a smug smile on his face. He seems very excited about this battle.

Hello hello! Sorry for the delay! Just needed to get some things in check! Anyhow, shall we begin?

Akumo : I'm ready when you are.

The man then lets out a maniacal laughter before snapping his figures. Millions of people surrounded him immediately, and Akumo recognised them as his friends and members.

They stare down at the trio with pitch black eyes as black liquid runs down their eye sockets. They wear blank expressions on their faces, concealing their emotions.

Yumemiro is devastated to see his friends in such a corrupted state. They must be suffering a lot right now. But today, they will set things right, and all their friends can return to their original form again.

As the three go into their battle stance, the man sends the corrupted members down. They charge towards them quickly, charging up blasts and readying their weapons.

When they come in, Akumo is quick to catch many black fireballs and throw them back at the members. As expected, they set up their defenses as quickly.

Yumemiro comes in with his arrows, shooting multiple at a time. He hits several and they were knocked unconscious. Others dodged successfully, attacking back swiftly.

Meanwhile, Kiru uses his smoke bombs to attack the group coming towards him. He sends them flying backwards and some fainted from the blast. The male is trying his best to not use his knives for attacking, and only for defence.

The goal of this battle is to make sure that they do minimal damage to their friends, and destroy the man.

However, as easy as the front part may be, difficulty increases overtime. Corrupted mages combine their magic and send powerful vines at Akumo. He attempts to use his tentacles to counter attack. However, they get entagled with the vines, and the thorns damaged them greatly.

As Akumo tries to get himself out of this prickly situation, Kiru comes in with his knives. He slices the vines in half, freeing Akumo and giving his tentacles free will to move again. Kiru gives Akumo a smile and the male smiles back.
