Ashton; Since my last year of college started, the library practically became my second home. Every day after school I visited the huge one downtown. It has much more books and it's a lot more quiet than the one in our college building. I adore the smell of books and I enjoy the silence every once in a while. No one was there to disturb me. I had the chance to work concentrated on school projects or homework without any distraction. The library was my calm anchor. Not only for studying but also for relaxing and escaping from the world. Today was one of those days where I shouldn't have woken up. School was a disaster and I spilled coffee all over my skirt at lunch. I decided to go to the library after school, to continue reading Clash of Kings, the book I started last week.

I made myself comfortable on one of the big chairs and stared reading. It didn't take long until I heard a loud giggle coming from the other side of one of the bookshelves. It didn't annoy me. Not in the beginning anyways. But the noisy laughter didn't stop. It got louder each time. It was a male high pitched laugh. Kind of sounded like a teenage girl giggle though. I let the annoying noise disturb me for about half an hour, then I had enough. With force I slammed the book close and rose from the cozy chair. I stomped to the other side of the bookshelf and noticed a group of four teenagers sitting on a table, books, paper and pens in the middle of the table. No one payed attention to the school stuff. They just talked and laughed, not caring that they were in a library at all. With anger on my face I watched them for a little while. When I heard the giggle that made me come here in the first place, I blurted out, "You know that this is a library right?" Four heads shot into my direction, giving me weird looks. The boy with the high pitched giggle spoke up first. "This is a library? Really? I thought this is a cd store." He said sarcastically. Everyone at the table laughed along to the boys joke. I rolled my eyes. "Would you mind keeping your girly laugh to yourself? You're quite annoying." I said and crossed my arms in front of my chest. The boy's soft green eyes mustered my angry face. He flashed me a smile and showed off crater deep dimples. "Sorry about that." He smiled. I simply nodded and and left without another word. I walked back to my chair and continued reading my book. But not even five minutes passed when I heard a familiar voice say, "A clash of kings huh. So you're a Game of Thrones fan?" I looked up and saw the curly headed boy I just told off standing right in front of me. "Big fan actually." I replied. "I'm Ashton by the way." He smiled and extended his hand for me to shake. Hesitantly I took his offer. "I'm (Y/N)." I said. "I'm sorry I annoyed you. I often don't realize how noisy I actually am." He told me apologetically. "It's okay." I shrugged. His eyes we're fixed on me and the corners of his lips raised into a smile. "What?" I asked, blushing slightly. Ashton shook his head slightly and a small chuckle escaped his lips. "Nothing. You're just very beautiful." My eyes opened wide, looking at the blond stranger in disbelief. "Uhm thanks." I awkwardly smiled and put a strand of my hair behind my ear. "This may be a little awkward but there is a Game of Thrones exhibit a town over this weekend. Do you maybe want to go there with me?" Ashton questioned and nervously scratched the back of his head. I thought about his offer for a second, there was nothing speaking against his idea. He was a nice looking guy, asking me to go on an exhibit about my favorite book. So why the hell not? "Sure. I'd love to." I answered with a wide smile on my face. "Great! We can exchange numbers and discuss all the details at lunch tomorrow?" He asked with raised eyebrows and a questioning tone in his voice. A chuckle left my lips and I couldn't help but smile. "Sounds great."

Calum; When I woke up this morning I immediately noticed a huge moving van across the street. With messy hair and tired eyes I peaked out of the window which was right beside my bed. Nothing normally happens where in live, that's why I spent almost half an hour watching three men carrying furniture into the house witch stood empty for about seven month. I noticed some pretty fancy stuff. I wondered who is moving in, in the house across the street. When nothing else happened, I quickly grabbed fresh clothes and hopped into the shower. Afterwards I put on my make-up and walked down he stairs into the kitchen where my parents and my brother already ate breakfast. "Morning sleepyhead." My mother greeted me with a welcoming smile. "Coffee is ready and we got you a croissant." I smiled and sat down next to my brother Leo. "I'm sorry we already started without you. But we're leaving to visit the colleges in a few minutes and we didn't want to wake you. You were so exhausted yesterday." My dad said and took a sip from his black coffee. "That's okay. I hope you find a good one and leave Leo right away." I teased and playfully slapped my brothers shoulder. "Very funny." He frowned and rolled his eyes at me. "Did you notice the moving van across the street?" I questioned. "Yes. I wonder who moved in." Leo replied and finished his bagel. "Hopefully they'll introduce themselves soon. I'm so curious." I said excitedly. There are no interesting people living on our street. It'd be so great if someone my age would move in.
