16-Thoughts ~ Steddie

They were all still in Robins' living room trying to pry info from Blake but, it was useless.

"Ugh, I'm bored now," Blake announced then used his powers to untie himself. Then, lifted Robin in the air threatening to kill her.

"No, I'm not going through this shit again and not my friend!!" Max yelled, grabbed a knife, then threw it. Blake got caught off guard, the knife went into Blakes' leg. Blake passed out.

"Thanks, Max. Is Steve okay?" Robin asked with concern. Eddie went over to see if he had a pulse, he does thankfully.

"Okay, but why Steve in the first place?" Max questioned with worry rising in her voice, "I don't know, maybe cause he knows Eddie and Eddie cares for Steve...that could be Blakes revenge to get back at him..." Robin guessed while looking at Eddie.

Eddie wasn't going to run away. He was going to do anything to get Steve back.

Meanwhile, they had to form a plan.

While, Steve is still stuck in his mind-space.

Mindspace

"Ouch, why does my leg hurt badly?" Steve asked himself and saw the blood run down his leg. It didn't bother him too much cause of the other shit he's been through. He just kept walking in the endless bright room.

It seemed like there was no escape, but he had to get back to all of them. He was just so confused about what was going on, but Steve finally used his brain.

Steve just stood there, closed his eyes, and thought of a memory he cherished more than anything.

When he opened his eyes, he saw Dustin...the first time they met.

He loves that little shit so much.

Then, the memory started shifting into a different one...they kept overlapping. Steve was unsure of what was happening.

So, Steve just sat down and took a deep breath. He thought about the time at the arcade...but he didn't go to the arcade.

He got up and for some reason, he saw a kid getting beaten up and little Steve helped him.

His eyes opened wide, and he realized...all of the memories came flooding back like a river.

"Wait is that Eddie....oh my god, and Blake...that asshole," Steve said while a single tear fled down his cheek.

Everything went dark again, then he woke up...the pain in his leg was excruciating.

"Who stabbed me?" Steve asked while he winced in pain and tried to get up, "Uh, I did...but in my defense, it wasn't you."

"Yeah, I figured cause I was in my mind space...and let me guess it was an asshole named Blake," Steve confessed while staring at Eddie.

"Yeah, how did you know that?" Robin questioned confusedly.

After half an hour of Steve explaining how he knows him and he met Eddie at a young age without realizing it...this happened.

"Holy shit, that's a lot of information," Robin informed while in shock.

Then, Will had a thought.

"Wait, so Eddie when Steve wasn't Steve and you heard voices...it was saying ghosts in Latin correct?" "Yeah, why?" Eddie asked.

"Cause what if that meant the ghosts from your past," Will advised.

Everyone was in shock and felt dumb after not figuring that out.

"I need to get up, we need to tell ev-" "Everyone? Yeah, well thanks to Blake he disconnected us from everyone that we know." Robin interrupted with her arms crossed.

Steve was so pissed off and frustrated so he tried to walk on his damaged leg that had a knife sticking out of it.

"Steve be careful, you still have a knife in you," Eddie said while holding onto Steves' arm trying to help him.

"I'm fine, Munson. I dealt with worse shit." Steve confessed, "Yeah, but that doesn't mean you have to be reckless." Eddie bluntly announced with concern.

Steve sighed and grabbed Eddies' wrist and they went into the bathroom.

Everyone didn't question it but wanted to.

"What are you doing, Harrington." Eddie confusedly asked, "I thought I lost you...so much has happened..and I thought I was never going to see your face again." Steve whimpered while cupping Eddies' face.

"You were worried about me? You're the one that's getting possessed by a man child and stabbed." Eddie admitted, then put his hand on Steves' hand. Steve was crying and giggling at that moment.

Eddie just had his head touching Steves and just stood in silence while being in each other's presence.

They didn't want to leave each others side.
