Third POV

It was heading to be 9:00 PM.

Izuku cradled Keiko who despite refusing to go to bed, was now sleeping comfortably in his arms.

All gathered around the living room where the tv played lowly so Keiko wouldn't exactly hear the current situation in Deika City.

So far, the extensive damage was about 45% with homes and major work buildings being destroyed.

On the villain count, over 200 class D through E villains had been killed including the major villains, Arresting count was over 400 hundred. On the hero side, there were 20 deaths, over 500 currently injured and only 15 left unaccounted for.

Izuku held onto Keiko, reading the hero stats, merely wishing that Katsuki wasn't among the unaccounted for or even worse, on the death side.

Hoping that because he was the number one hero, he would've been the first announced to be missing or deceased.

The occasional pop-up list of those unaccounted for was scanned through thoroughly by Izuku, Mitsuki, and Masaru none of them seeing Katsuki's hero name on it.

"Maybe he's just one of the injured..." Masaru stated, but Mitsuki and Izuku could hear the obvious anxiousness in his voice.

"I hope so." Mitsuki agreed, "Cmon Brat, give us a sign... anything at this point."

Izuku fell back in his seat, gently stroking the girl's frizzed-up hair from earlier.

She was so excited to show them even though she only blacked out for a moment. All she wanted to do was to show Katsuki she did it. She had a quirk and that she could be a hero like him.

Izuku didn't want to break her heart by saying her daddy might not come back to her, alive at least.

The room went silent once the tv had cut off to a commercial when they all jumped once Izuku's phone began to vibrate.

He looked at the caller ID, noticing it wasn't any number that he recognized before picking it up.

It was better than nothing he supposed.

"Hello..?" Izuku spoke, listening close to whoever was on the line, only to be stunned when he heard what sounded like Pro-Hero Chargebolt.

Mitsuki lowered the tv while Izuku put the phone on speaker, all eagerly listening in to the incoherent rambles the electric-based hero spoke.

"Kaminari, where is Katsuki..?" Izuku questioned, his tone sounding panicky when the man responded,

"We're in a nearby emergency hospital in Deika city-!" He answered, sounding rather distraught, as Izuku could hear medical talk in the background telling the man on the line to please get off the phone as they started placing an arm cast.

Kaminari then hung up as Izuku, Mitsuki and Masaru looked at one another.

"I-I can stay behind and watch Keiko if you guys wanna go ahead to Deika," Masaru suggested, walking over to pick up Keiko from Izuku's arms.
