VIII: Mutual Attraction
Third POV
Once again, Izuku waited with Keiko all alone in the classroom, watching the girl from his desk idly stare off into space then back down at her drawing paper.
They'd been so used to Katsuki showing up late because of work. not that Izuku minded because not only did the get to talk just a bit he'd always enjoyed seeing Keiko and Katsuki interact.
It was nice to see how someone could change over the years (for the better obviously).
At his desk he placed away updated student notes for future references, before placing his elbow on the desk and his chin on his hand.
His eyes glazed over, daydreaming.
There he would be, hovering by the bright paper covered doorway, small beads of sweat running down his chiseled chin, before splatting onto his toned shoulder.
With each and every movement his body takes his muscles would contract, how his large and muscly biceps would move- it being a miracle they could support such large and heavy grenades.
His eyes would be a piercing red; as if they were trying to steal Izuku's soul.
'Fuck.' Izuku thought, merely questioning his own decisions. 'Why the hell am I daydreaming about Keiko's father, heck, why am I dreaming about my former childhood bully?!'
He squeezed his legs together, attempting to change the subject before something questionable would happen.
His heart pounded in his ears as he tried to cool himself down. He'd always had a small crush on Katsuki's since their early days but not like this.
Damn. It was all so frustrating.
When his gaze panned back to Keiko, he noticed that she was no longer alone, rather a a tall figure was couched down besides her- listening to her ramble on about something.
It was Katsuki.
Sitting upright, Izuku stared at him- somewhat panicking because not only did he not even see or hear the man come in, but also was the blonde aware of the blanked out yet lustful look on Izuku's face?
"Oh welcome back," Izuku suddenly spoke up, garnering both Bakugo family members to turn to him.
Naturally, Katsuki would be the one to give a proper response, "Right, thanks for looking out for her." Katsuki thanked, scooping up her daughter and the drawing she was working on.
Being a rather easy task since he wasn't sure the children had tend to lie to not be in trouble, Izuku observed Katsuki's body language, noticing how tense the blonde had become.
"You look bothered by something, are you okay?" Izuku questioned, getting up from his seat.
Katsuki slowly nodded, his attention on Keiko who had her head laid on his bicep, her eyes being tempted to close while her facial expression relaxed, "Uh yeah, but there's something else."
Izuku raised his brow, hoping it didn't have to concern Keiko, "Which is..?" Clasping his hands together, merely staring.
Katsuki's eyes flickered upwards at the green-haired boy, understanding he might not get another chance to do this.
