Ho Hey - Eddie Munson

Explanation

Max and Adira's both woke up at the same time. Maxine fell to the ground, Lucas and Dustin quickly catching her to take the impact of the fall whilst Adira's eyes shot open and she took in a large breath of air which was almost instantly knocked out of her as Steve and Eddie shot forwards, wrapping their arms around the girl tightly

"Max, is Max okay?" Adira quickly asked, trying to look past the boys that were hugging her and over at Maxine who was crying in Lucas's arms, holding onto him tightly as he held on to her for dear life. A breath of relief fell from Adira's mouth as she finally allowed herself to breathe normally. However, the adrenaline was quick to wear off and she was suddenly filled with pain all over her body.

"Ah shit, I feel like I was hit by a bus, and then a car, and then one of those big ass ice machine thingies, ya know the ones that they use at the roller rinks to flatten out the ice and shit," Adira groaned, reaching up to grab her head to try and stop the throbing pain. Eddie pulled the girl into his chest, his breathing was heavy and she could feel his wet tears dropping off his face and landing on her head

"I thought I was going to lose you," Eddie cried out to her, pulling away from the hug and then cupping her face in his hands, he brushed a few strands of hair back behind her ear and then leant forwards and placed a small kiss on the tip of her nose, "I thought that Vecna was going to kill you."

"You cant get rid of me that easily," Adira said to him, cupping his cheek and rubbing her thumb across his skin softly, "I plan on being a pain in the ass for you guys for at least another 30 years or so," she explained to them with a grin but Eddie was now focused on her wounds. 

Eddie began to examine the cut on her head, there was blood spilling down her face, contrasting violently with her pale skin and the freckles that litered her face like constellations.

"What the hell happened?" Eddie asked her in worry as he grabbed his bandana that was now lying on the floor and wrapped it around her head, making sure to apply a good amount of pressure to the wound, "we need to take you to the doctor or something. Come on, lets get you to the car, Steve can drive you to the hospital."

"We don't have the time to go to the doctor, and not to mention, if they see you there it wont exactly be good. And you know... I got thrown into a wall, its just the everyday fun shit in the amazing life of Adira Harrington," Adira muttered out to him before looking over at Steve who hadn't said anything, he was just staring at her with a broken look on his face and tears pouring down his face. 

Adira crawled over to her brother and threw her arms around his neck, pulling him into a tight hug, "it's okay Stevie, I'm okay," she choked out to him, crying in his arms. He could tell that she was scared, no matter how well she was hiding it, he could always tell

Steve tightly wrapped his strong arms around her waist and gave her a small kiss on the top of the head before he buried his face in her neck, "Jesus fuck Adira, I thought I was going to lose you, don't you ever do some shit like that again okay," Steve says to her and she nods her head, "no. I need you to promise me Adira, promise that you arent going to die okay," Steve commanded her

"I promise," Adira choked out, holding onto her brother greatfully, "now lets get the hell outta here, I have a lot to tell you guys in the car," she muttered out to them as they all stood up and made their way back over to the car. Eddie came up from behind her and wrapped his arms around her and then threw her over his shoulder

"Eddie!" She exclaimed, her eyes wide as she grabbed onto him tightly, scared that he was going to accidentally drop her on the rough ground below them as they walked down the hill. Eddie couldn't help but chuckle as he tightened his grip slightly around her to try and make her feel more secure.
