Miles:(To Chapa and patting her shoulder)"Maybe you should walk."
Cindy:(To Miles)"Don't touch my baby sister!"
Cindy turns to Chapa.
Cindy:"I'm coming with you to make sure you don't get hurt."
Chapa:"I won't get hurt!"
Cindy:"You don't know that!"
Cindy changes into her superhero costume.
Later when Cindy and Chapa are walking to KLVY.
Cindy:"Chapa, watch out!"
Cindy runs and takes Chapa away from the crack.
Cindy:"Whew! You almost tripped on that crack. Now watch where you're going!"
Chapa:"Okay. Thanks sis."
Later
Just as Bose was exiting Hip Hop Puree with Ellis, Cindy and Chapa enter Hip Hop Puree.
Bose turns to Chapa and smiles.
Bose:(Flirtatiously)"Hey lady!"
Cindy gives Bose the death glare and Bose gets scared and continues to leave. Chapa rolls her eyes, annoyed by her sister's overprotectivness.

Power Problems Part 1
When Chapa's voice becomes high pitched from the gas ball, Cindy angrily turns to the gas clown.
Cindy:(Eyes glowing pink because she is angry)"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?!"
The gas clown didn't respond. Instead, he threw a gas ball to Cindy. Cindy coughs and starts speaking Fluent French.

Ray:"Well, that confirms what I've suspected for a while now. Chapa's possessed, and we're gonna have to end her."
Ray takes out a murder weapon and Cindy's eyes glow purple because she is angry.
Cindy:(Furious)"YOU ARE NOT ENDING MY BABY SISTER!"
Cindy lasers Ray.

When Chapa reveals she's Volt in disguise.
Betty Blades:"It's Volt!"
Cindy gets protective of Chapa and protectively stands in front of Chapa.
Cindy:(Angry)"Stay away from my sister!"
Cindy zaps Betty Blades.
The Butcher:"It's Laser Woman!"

Bose:"Guys! Stop it! It was me!"
Cindy:(Getting angry)"What?!"
Bose:(To Chapa)"I'm the boy that stole your cell phone."
Cindy:(Angry)"WHAT?!"
Cindy gives Bose a furious look and Bose gets scared and smiles nervously.
Bose:"Look, I can explain--"
Cindy lasers Bose with her laser eyes and it's not a quick one it's a sustained one. Bose screams in pain much to Chapa's dismay and anger.
Cindy:(Furious)"YOU'RE THE BOY WHO STOLE MY BABY SISTER'S PHONE?! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO HER?! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH PAIN YOU PUT HER THROUGH?!"
