As much as people are against Omegas getting rights, Theo knows they deserve them. Most people assume it's because he's from Sistina, the first land to have given Omegas rights once he took over, the same happening in the other countries he took, and others assume it's because he's a dick that wants to take away Alpha rights. Honestly, he's neither, he just thinks everyone should have a right to think and act for themselves, and Omegas don't have that at the moment, forced to live in truly horrendous ways for their Alphas.

As an Alpha, who was treated like an Omega and raised like one in the hopes he would be one, he knows exactly what most Omegas are going through, so he refuses to just let that happen. The people of his countries had come around pretty quickly to the idea as well, once he had spoken of his own experience, letting them know exactly what people are willing to do, in fact, he may have perhaps not only made the people of his countries protective of Omegas, but of him as well. Not his goal, but hey, Omegas are treated right so he'll take it. Of course, other countries aren't as easy, though the few he's talked to have either been killed and their land given to him or they've agreed, thinking the treatment wrong but never knowing quite how to fix it.

Alexis and Marrine, the couple more than entertained by his antics and his friends, have had the omega rights since shortly after Sistina, as well as Lassic. Other people are coming along slowly, but they're doing it and that's what matters. Of course, being an Alpha, he knows better than most how vulnerable Omegas are during heat, though he knows Alphas are equally as vulnerable, if not more so, during their Ruts. He knows he needs to find a mate soon as well, since he's getting close to the age where if he doesn't his Ruts could eventually kill him.

Of course, the hospitals have tried several different things, but between the fact that Rut death's are not uncommon because they still aren't sure how to prevent them and all the shit shoved into him to make him an Omega, none of it works or does anything. He had to spend his last Rut in the hospital, since his long term - cheating, lying son of a bitch - girlfriend had broken the fragile bond between them, leaving him hanging as soon as she found what she was looking for. He's not feeling particularly fond of women at the moment, but he's not going to just stand aside while they're getting hurt either.

He groans, rising from his place at the bar, planning on leaving tonight, when a slam draws his attention, as well as the attention of most of the other people. He blinks to find a pretty girl - blonde hair that glows, purple eyes that are clear and determined, prepared, and pretty pale skin - being forced against the bar, a female Alpha standing over her. The Alpha has her hand on the bar, a stool at their side trapping the blonde against the bar and Theo wonders if anyone's going to do anything. He glances around, annoyed to find that while other Omegas are glaring, they are not acting but especially pissed at the Alphas who look like they think they're getting a show.

With a move, he pushes himself away from the bar, heading over to interfere, though he's well aware the blonde can handle herself. He taps the Alpha's shoulder, trying to be polite.

"What the hell do you want, you loser? Can't you see I'm trying to get me an Omega?"

Theo levels her with an unimpressed look. " Ma'am, everyone here can tell you're making her uncomfortable. You need to remember, the omega rights were just passed, meaning if you do anything and it's found out, you can kiss goodbye your chances of survival."

"I don't want to hear that from you, you're just as likely to die during one of your next few Ruts as I am!"

"Mybe so, but at least I won't go down in history as an Alpha who tride to rape an Omega who wasn't willing. I'll die with dignity, you will end up dying alone and as another Alpha in the history books that was punished for trying to get rid of omega rights."
