Eve looked up from the flower arrangement she was making when the bell rang and she sighed, "I said I don't want to know." She shook her head, "I have a million things to do right now, just go to work and I'll see everyone later."
"Okay," Axel nodded, "We will see you when you come over after you close, Doll."
"No," She shook her head. "I actually was going to head to my place and start cleaning it up. You know, tackle another nightmare that I need to conquer. I can't live with you forever, after all."
"You can if you want," Axel shrugged. "We don't mind. We actually like having you with us."
She chuckled and shook her head, "You only say that because it's been like what a week? All my quirks and habits haven't begun to show yet. Nope," She shook her head again, "I need to go back to my place and start being a brave little flower fairy again. Especially since all of you slayed the big bad guy for me."
"Don't you know you are supposed to come live with us happily ever after now then?" Victor asked as he and Luke walked in.
She burst out laughing, "That's for princesses and I'm not a princess, you said I was a fairy."
"You are a fairy princess," Victor corrected.
"And you're a prince?" She asked and he shrugged.
"If you want me to be I will."
"You're silly," She chuckled then sighed. "Well, as tempting as that sounds, I already said I have a need to be a big girl and start handling things on my own again. I need to go to my place and start handling what happened there so I can move on from it."
"Well, you kinda can't Cupcake," Luke sighed. "It's no longer yours."
"What are you talking about?" She asked in confusion. "Where is my stuff, Ninja?"
"At our place," Owen said as cleaned his glasses. "We moved everything the day the sheriff said it was okay for us to go back over there. It's not a safe location and we didn't want you to have to deal with the reminder of what happened there."
"That wasn't for you to decide, Diablo!" She glared. "You didn't even discuss it with me! I NEEDED to handle situation on my own. I'm NOT your old lady, you don't get to decide everything for me." She sighed and placed her elbows on the counter and weaved her fingers into her hair. "I get what you were trying to do, I understand it and appreciate it but it wasn't your decision to make." She sighed and stood glaring at them. She saw that everyone was in the store. "You didn't even talk to be about it. You didn't even ask if it was okay or what I wanted. Can't you see how disrespectful that was to do? You went into MY place and packed up all MY things, touched all MY things, and never once thought I should know or that I would be okay with you doing that without my consent? I told you I was possessive of my things and for you to do that without my knowledge was just wrong. It crossed a line that betrayed my trust. That was MY place, MINE and yes something horrible happened there but it wasn't something that hasn't happened to me numerous times before. I have healed from it before, and I could have done it again on MY own terms in MY place and you took that away from me without even discussing it with me first. You broke my trust."
"Sorry," They all mumbled sadly.
She sighed and groaned, "Look Guys I understand you were trying to do something nice for me like with the flower shop but you didn't ask me or talk to me about it first. It could have possibly been different if you had actually respected me enough to ask me if it was okay first. I'm not your old lady or your sub or brat, you don't get to just decide everything for me and me be okay with it. That's not how we work. I'm your friend, you have to communicate with me about things like that. I appreciate the gesture but that was my home, my place to get away from everything, my sanctuary, and you took that away from me. I can't live with you forever and now I have no place of my own. Can you understand how hurt that makes me?"
"Sorry," they mumbled with all their little nicknames for her.
She sighed and ran her fingers through her hair again, "Just go to work. I need to be alone right now. First the thing with sheriff, which I DON'T want to know about. I need to stay in my little bubble where you aren't doing Sons of Anarchy things, and now this. I just need to be alone right now."
"Okay," Axel nodded. "We'll be next door if you need to talk. We never meant to be disrespectful, and you are right, we should have discussed it with you first. We really are sorry, Doll."
She nodded and they left the store. She took a few minutes to gather herself then went back to working on her flower arrangements. The day went back and as she was working in the back, she heard the bell ring. "I'll be right there," She called as she set her tools down. She walked to the front but no one was there. She frowned and looked around then spotted some papers on the counter that she knew was empty when she went to work in the back.
She walked over and gasped. It was the deed and title to a three bedroom house on five acres that was close to the guys mansion. Everything was in her name and when she picked up the papers the keys dropped on to the counter along with a note. She picked it up: All your belongings are at your house. Utilities are turned on. The furniture is set up, but the rest of your belongings remain in the boxes. Once again we are sorry.
