"What does it say?" she asked sliding her hand into Owen's. He gently squeezed at the same time North tightened his grip on her hips. "Tell me."

"Love me or hate me both are in my favor," he said reading something from his phone, "if you love me, I'll always be in your heart—"

"If you hate me, I'll always be in your mind," Eve and the sheriff said together.

"It's from Shakespeare," She whispered while trembling.

"What the fuck does that mean?" Gabe asked, "What are they trying to say?"

"Someone's stalking us," Kota growled. "Someone we know, or she knows, is obsessed with her and wants her to start panicking about everything. They want us to know how easy it was to get to our Queen's house to let us know they are going after her next."

"I kill them," Raven growled.

"I did not hear that," the sheriff said shaking his head, "I so did not hear that."

"Any leads?" Owen asked and the sheriff shook his head.

"No, they wore gloves so no fingerprints and I need her to come look to see if anything else besides electronics was taken," he said softly. "If they took anything else it could give us an idea of where to search or who to start looking into."

"You already know our enemies," Axel frowned. "Start looking there."

"Got it," he said leaving. He knew they wanted to talk and he really didn't want to know more, this was something he knew they would handle themselves. This was one of those things that the less he knew the better for everyone.

"It will be okay, Princess," Victor whispered softly. "We promise."

"Yeah, okay," she said wrapping her arms around herself. "Yeah."

"Will you stay here while we go clean up, please?" Corey asked. "You shouldn't have to see whatever these fuckers did. We will take care of everything."

"Will you...can..." she sighed and bit her lip.

"Use your words, Baby," North whispered in her ear. "Just let it out."

"Can I just move in?" She barely whispered they almost didn't hear her. "I don't want to stay there anymore," she shook her head. "I know you just got the place but..."

"Of course, Darling," Owen nodded, "I was going to ask if we could do that anyway. I don't like the idea of you being out of our sight, especially right now. We need to find out who did this so we can take care of it and keep you safe. We will pack everything up."

"Okay," she nodded looking around. "When?"

"A few of us will fucking go now," Gabe said trying to remain calm. "We will fucking see you at home later tonight."

"Okay," she nodded, "thank you."

"Of fucking course."

She watched a few of them leave then turned back to the rest of the group. "Come on, let's get these customers taken care of."

"Yes Ma'am," they said as they went back to taking care of the bar, but they could tell she had a lot on her mind. There was something she wasn't telling them and as much as they wanted to press her for it, they knew they couldn't right now.

Once they got back to the house, she curled up on the couch with a pillow in her lap and started picking at the blanket in her lap.

"Do you need or want anything?" Axel asked and she shook her head. "You have nothing to worry about, Doll, we promise we will find out which of our enemies did this and make them pay."

"Da," Raven nodded, "I professional Russian, I kill them."

"But would they know about my passion for books?" she asked nervously. "Wouldn't it be more like what those other guys did to me? Just kidnap and torture me?"

"If they have been watching then yes," Silas nodded. "They would have picked up details that pertain to you, like seeing your habit of you reading every time you come over for lunch or when you and Einstein go on your little picnics or shopping with him at the bookstore. It's possible they took your habit and tried to use it against you and us to fuck with us."

"Do you think it's about your past?" Axel asked.

"I don't know," she said honestly. "But it would seem weird that your enemies would do something like this, it just seems..."

"What, Darling?" Owen asked quietly.

"It just seems more like something Richard would have done," she admitted softly.

"He did mess with you with those flowers," North nodded. "I can see that, but he's gone."

"His brother isn't."
