Silas looked down when his phone started ringing. "Shut him up," He growled pointing to his phone, "Angelos Mou is calling."
"Shut the fuck up," Gabe said as he put some duct tape over his mouth. "I said, shut the fuck up you stupid piece of shit."
"What's wrong, Angelos Mou? Everything okay?" Silas asked as he put his phone on speaker.
"No," She whimpered, "yes, sorry for bothering you, Shark." The man nailed to the chair started moaning making a few of the guys roll their eyes. "What was that?" She asked, "who's hurt?"
Silas glared at the man then the group. "It's nothing to worry your pretty little head about Angelos Mou, Ninja just fell out of the tree being stupid and hurt himself."
Luke looked at him shocked then rolled his eyes and shrugged. If it worked then fine.
"He needs to work on his ninja skills once he's better," She giggled softly. "And he needs to be careful."
"I'll tell him you said that," Silas spoke softly as he leaned against the wall and watched Axel insert needles into the guys skin. "What's bothering you? Talk to me."
"I just had a bad dream, that's all," She spoke softly as if she was tired but trying to stay awake. "I'm sorry for bothering you."
"It's not a bother at all Angelos Mou," He spoke as the man let out another groan so Axel removed then needles and Nathan started punching him.
"What was that?" She asked curiously.
"Grumpy hit Ninja for being a wuss," Silas chuckled. North smirked while Luke rolled his eyes.
"Tell him to be nice to his brother, he's hurt," She sounded like she was pouting and he bit back a groan at the thought of her pouting then biting her lip. He could tell the rest of the team was thinking the same thing. Goddess, it was funny and intriguing how such a tiny little thing had all of them wrapped around her finger and she didn't even realize it.
"Yes Ma'am," He chuckled, "Grumpy, Angelos Mou said to stop hitting Ninja, he's hurt and you're suppose to be nice to your brother."
"Ugh fine," North said in mock annoyance while rolling his eyes with a smirk on his lips. Luke stuck his tongue out at North then smirked as North swung at him, but he jumped back in time.
"Want me to swing by, Angelos Mou?" Silas asked. "I'll keep the bad dreams away."
"No, I'm better now," She yawned, "I'm going to try and –"
Loud banging interrupted her and she gasped. Silas pushed off the wall and everyone stepped closer to the phone. "What is that, Angelos Mou?" Silence answered him back, "Angelos Mou?"
"I...I...I don't know," She whispered as he heard her get out of bed. "Maybe it's the neighbors, they've been fighting a lot lately." The pounding got louder and he could tell she was lying.
"Send me your address now Angelos Mou," he demanded as he heard her move through the apartment. It sounded like it was coming from her door.
"It's the neighbors, they are fighting again," She whispered and gulped. "I'm going to call the manager to complain then put some headphones on to try and tune them out and get some sleep."
"Give me your address now Angelos Mou," he demanded as the group looked at one another with worry. "I can tell that's not your neighbors. Either you give it to me or –"
She hung up on him and he growled. He looked at the group then started typing on his phone. "End this job, we need to get over there. It might be that asshole North saw manhandling her earlier. Corey, I'm not waiting for me to send her location, get her address now." Corey nodded and headed inside to start working on his laptop. A few minutes later he sent it to everyone's phone.
Raven pulled his gun out of his holster and fired twice then put it back, "Let's go."
"What about this?" Luke asked pointing to the man slumped over in the chair bleeding out.
"I'll call Uncle," Kota shrugged, "He'll send out some cleaners for us."
They rushed out to their motorcycles and took off. Pulling up to the apartment complex they looked around, "What in the fuck is she doing in a shit hole like this?" Gabe asked noticing the overgrown grass and open door just waiting for anyone to walk in. They noticed the carpets looked like they had been there for decades.
They rushed up the stairs and North growled seeing the vase with carnations, tulips, and dahlias in front of one of the doors. "Fucking asshole," He growled.
"Door's open," Luke whispered noticing the door was partially open. He pushed it open and cautiously walked in, gun drawn. "Eve!" He called out as he searched the living room. "EVE!"
"Move the fuck out of my way," North said walking passed Luke. "EVE!" he walked down the hall. "YOU MOTHERFUCKER!"
