***Divorce Hearing, Jackson vs. Jackson, Day Four***

The residents of the courtroom sat as they were given permission by Judge Matthews, his stare intimidating both sides as he looked at each side of the court quietly.

"To say this case has been...interesting," the judge began in a somewhat tired voice, "...would be an understatement. We started with a simple divorce hearing," he gave a pointed look at Jason and his legal team, "And ended up with a case of suitable cause and reasonable sanity." He looked at each of the sides of the court once again, "As such, we've heard plenty of testimony, in regards to the various facets of this case, and I've come to my decision."

Both sides tried to appear calm and nonchalant, but each of the divorcees were practically vibrating on the edges of their seats as the judge took a deep breath and adjusted his glasses.

"In the case of revocation of the divorce filings, the court grants the revocation to Mr. Jackson. As such, the case of the divorce itself is nulled."

Ollie let out a breath on a choked sob, Taehyung reaching over to rub her back in comfort as Jimin and Namjoon let out disappointed sighs. Everyone had known that it might turn that way, but hearing Jason's celebration under his breath and the murmurs of congratulations from his lawyer certainly didn't help ease the blow. Taehyung just calmly patted Ollie's shoulder, his attention rapt on the judge for the final determination.

"In the case of power of attorney, this court finds in favor Mrs. Jackson," he held up his hand at the protest of Jason, "While she may or may not have been of sound mind to sign the papers at the time, professional witness has been given, and finds Mrs. Jackson of full ability at this point in time. The power of attorney is denied, and not open for appeal without further evidence. The recorded findings of Mrs. Jackson's previous mental well-being will be sealed unless appeal is founded and reopened."

Taehyung stood as Ollie's tears turned from sadness to joy, "Thank you, Your Honor," he held out a file folder containing several papers, "We wish to enter our new plea and filing for divorce, signed by Mrs. Jackson today, and with amendments to the original filing."

"We have signed no such documents," Jason's lawyer stood as well while the bailiff delivered the docket to the judge, "The filing is not admittible in court."

"True," Matthews nodded, giving a slight grin, "But it doesn't hurt to go over the details while we're here." He read the documents swiftly, handing them to the bailiff to hand over to Jason, "Though I highly doubt Mr. Jackson will be signing without a counter claim."

"We expected as much, Your Honor," Taehyung smirked.

Ollie's team watched Jason's face deepen in shades of red as he and his lawyer read the documents. When he was done, he slammed them on the desk in front of him, earning a warning glare from Judge Matthews.

"You can't be serious, Vee!" Jason shouted, "Leaving out the alimony AND asking for time, emotional, and punitive damages?" he threw his hands in the air, "You know I can't afford anything close to that on my current salary!"

"Well," Ollie stood, wiping her tears and crossing her arms, "Maybe you can afford it from the salary of your next job." She smiled sweetly, "Due to the nature of your attempt to obtain and steal proprietary information, claiming it as your own, as well as using your marital status and job position to dig into the personal files of another employee," she grinned evilly, "You, Jason Jackson, are fired. Effective immediately."

Jason's jaw dropped, his words lost as he stared at his former lover. Ollie nodded to confirm he had heard exactly what she had said, turning just as he let out a gasp and frustrated roar through his teeth.
