⚊ chapter nine
The rest of my summer did sure go by fast by tackling my schedule between being a good daughter, a loyal friend and having secret rendezvous with Heeseung if he were to call me in the middle of the night.
It's no wonder why I slept all morning after.
In every sneak out, Jake is there to help us by calling Sunoo or any of their friends if they were in the house.
It had taken this long to hide what I have with Heeseung and I'm beginning to think if this will grow into something serious.
It is with these thoughts that I found myself being dragged out of Yuna's jeep, joined by Sangwon and Jihoon as we pulled up into Beomgyu's house that was literally packed now like sardines.
I could hear the echo of the music, people screaming and laughing, plus you could practically smell the alcohol in the air.
We were only here because of the call from Ryujin.
Yuna put her arm around my shoulder, "Ready to get wasted?"
"How about no?", I answered as we walked up to the makeshift stage.
We immediately saw the host of the party banging his head to the head banger song. There are so many freaking people, their bodies against me making me cling to Yuna closer.
I stared at the cooler to the side and whatever what was left of the drinks provided.
Many were still crowding over there, the free drinks were being refilled by a group of guy. As long as I didn't touch any of it, I would be fine.
We were only here to meet the friend we hadn't seen in a week.
Speaking of the she-devil running to us, who were obviously too drunk, she's shouting my name, "Sunhee! Yuna! Over here!"
I was happy to see Ryujin, I'll give her that. Her mouth was just to loud to get someone else's attention.
"Why are you here?", Heeseung asked me as he immediately sidles to me and my friends.
"Hey to you too", I started as I walked up to him, forgetting Ryujin.
Sangwon was a couple of feet from behind me, playing some drinking game with his friends from school. Yuna were the one entertaining Ryujin as they catch up to each other.
"Don't drink anything", Heeseung pointed to the coolers with a shake of his head.
I held steady eye contact with him, "Is my brother here? Do I need to hide?"
He wore a navy blue jacket under a black and white striped plaid shirt with a black sweat pants. It is so casual for a party, but his looks already made up for it along the added charm of his piercings.
I raised up on my toes and he grabs me by the waist to pull me in for a hug.
"Do you wanted to be alone somewhere here?", He whispered into my ear.
"What about Sunoo?", I asked him.
"Don't worry. We will make sure not to be seen by him", He reassured before he drank whatever the rest from his cup.
I nodded my head as I scanned the other people around us in their own fun. A couple feet away, I noticed my brother is being cornered by some girls and I was glad to see Ni-ki and Jungwon were helping him out of the situation.
He's never really good at dealing with girls crushing on him.
Heeseung turned his head to see where I was looking.
