Chapter 18

"Morning".Jace kissed my shoulder.

I looked up at him and frowned kinda embarrassed, hiding my face on his chest, he smiled brushing my head. We never wake up in the same bed, ever.

"You can't hide for the rest of our lives".

"I know but I'm still getting use to it".

He smiled kissing the top of my head."We have to tell Adelle".

"She'll shoot us dead".

"And she'll shoot us dead, dead, if she finds out we kept her away from her grandchild".I looked up at him."We're going to see her tomorrow, if that's okay with you and if you're ready".

"I am not ready".

My phone beeped, I just showed him the text, he frowned. Adelle wants to know when I'm coming home.

"Looks like I'm ready after all".

He smiled nodding and we spent the whole day in bed, talking, falling asleep and back to talking. I never thought this moment would ever come, I hated the guy. Jace kissed my lips forcing my eyes to open, he was carrying a tray with food on it making me smile.

He got on the bed and gave me a peck on the lips and another peck, I giggled holding his neck. He got under the covers with me, sleeping on his side brushing my stomach. He then kissed it happy. Siya arrived just as I was opening the door letting himself in, I smiled and followed him back in, if you can't beat them, join them.

"Hey Hazel, wait, are you smiling? You are smiling! What happened?".

"Shut up".

"Is boss here? What happened? Why are you smiling?".

"What are you doing here so early in the morning?".Jace asked.

He turned around looking at Jace then me then Jace again."We need to talk, boss".

"Right".Jace turned talking to me."Go get ready we are leaving in 10 minutes".

"10 minutes? I need at least an hour to get ready, boss".

He sighed."Take all the time you need, your highness".

"Nice seeing you, uncle Siya".

Siya smiled."I know right?".

I had to laugh at that, he is funny, Jace didn't find him funny at all, he actually looked annoyed by that making me smile. My boyfriend is jealous. I walked up the stairs watching them having an intense conversation, Jace pointing and actually getting mad.

Siya nod and took a bag Jace gave him. Jace brushed his head cussing under his breath, he looked up and smiled thinking about Hazel getting ready, maybe he should have just told her the truth from the beginning, how he feels about her.

"You two are in love with each other".

"Goodbye Siya".

"Keep denying it but you know the truth, boss".

"Good luck and don't die".

Siya laughed walking past Jace and out the door. Jace also smiled, Siya is the only person he likes apart from Adelle and Hazel, they've been working together for years. Siya is more like a partner now, he is loyal and smart, he's good for business and they've been friends since he can remember.

"Hey".

Jace held my waist kissing the back of my head and neck, I smiled turning around looking at him, he pulled me to him holding me tight.

"You have to go to work, don't you?".

"Yeah, I'm so sorry".

I just shook my head moving back taking off my sachet and threw it on the bed, he frowned taking my hands in his, I just looked at him."I'm sorry, we can go tomorrow".
