Author's Trivia!
This story was inspired by my high school life until college. I wanted to create and give life to my thoughts and feelings, ten years ago. My teenage life isn't that very colorful like somebody else, but I manage to tell little happenings back then through this short story. There are some parts here that really happened before ('di ko na sasabihin, bahala na kayo manghula kung alin diyan hahaha!), and as much as I wanted to go back, all I can do is reminisce the bittersweet past through writing. But I'm glad I can share it with you. If you've reached this part of my story, you're close to a secrecy and thank you for joining me in this adventure.

Love is really weird. Akala mo bigla na lang dumadating ito, pero ang totoo, matagal na pala siyang nariyan sa puso mo. Ayaw mo lang i-recognize dahil masyado kang natatakot. Masyado kang playing safe. Gusto mo ng kasiguruhan na totoo ang nararamdaman mo at hindi ka mabibigo. In short, ayaw mong sumugal and that's being absurd. Pero sabagay, mahirap naman talaga ang umasa lalo na ang mag-assume. But, who really knows? Malay mo, gusto ka rin pala niya. Masyado ka lang torpe. Masyado ka lang manhid.

Taking risks at the right time doesn't make you less of a person. Kaya huwag kang mag-alala, loving can hurt sometimes, but it is the only thing that makes us feel alive.
