Meanwhile, Monkey King watches from above the Mech with a smile. He nods. "Good for you, carrots." He hummed, obviously knowing what Y/n saw in them. Then, there was a quick 'poof!' as Monkey King transforms into a bird and flies away.

But not before Y/n's ear twitches and she looks where Monkey King once perched. She smiled. "Thanks." She whispered before going off to help the innocent, make friends, and eat noodles.

Y/n took a liking to the noodles and her newfound family. She stopped by all the time, often carrying fresh fruits and new recipe books for Pigsy-- She even began to cook with him, added to the menu, and made a few deliveries for MK.

Actually, lately it's been more than a few deliveries. Right now, she was racing back to the shop, drinking from her water bottle. She didn't have a driver's license, yet she made all the drop offs in record time.

The female hopped into the shop and took off her hat. "Dessert is coming right up!" She called, helping serve the customers. Y/n smiled, helping and carrying and balancing like a pro.

She nodded to Pigsy, sliding a third tray onto her head. "I'm telling you, you need to get paid, kid." Pigsy huffed as he placed out a pick up order.

"And I'm telling you that I'm fine. Really!" She reassured. "Here, I got some tips. Want em?" She asked, offering it. Pigsy shook his head. "Nah, I'm good." He exhaled before looking at the now empty table of deliveries. "Hey! What have I told you about doing work that isn't y-"

"Oh! Wouldja look at that! Another customer!" Y/n laughed sheepishly before hopping over.

She pulled out her pad and shrugged her sweater a little further over her shoulders before hesitating. She looked to the coat rack with a work shirt specifically sized for her. She shook her head, ears twitching. She smiled at the new customer. "Hello!" She greeted. Pigsy shouted in frustration in the kitchen just as Y/n finished the order.

"Alright, I'll get that right out, ma'am." She reassured before walking away. Pigsy was tossing a towel in the sink. "I'm gonna go find MK and make him do his work." The pig demon scowled before walking out. Y/n sucked in a breath. "Ooh, that's gotta suck for MK." She mumbled before grabbing the dessert from the freezer that the woman outside had ordered.

She continued to serve, greeting and bidding goodbyes to the usual customers that always came around.

Then, the screen glitched out. "Citizens!" Announced a familiar red-haired fire demon. Y/n groaned internally as she wiped down a table. "Oh, geez, not this guy again." She huffled.

"It is I, Red Son." The male on the screen announced, "I have taken control of the Weather Station and will harness the very power of nature to return my father to his former glory! This message is more of a courtesy really." The teenager shrugged.

Y/n rolled her starry eyes as the man flicks a lever and causes rain to flood the Great Wall of China. Y/n growled.

"Of course. Water. Why couldn't Monkey King teach me how to swim?" She mumbled with a pout.

"When I'm finished, my father will once more dominate the world! And then-- Oh, look! A lightning button~!"

Red Son slammed his hand down on said button, causing thunder to Crack in the distance. Y/n's ears swiveled instinctively at the sound.
