Weapons

Ever since Eddie and I found out, it has been a mix of awkwardness and suspense. The only people that know of Me, Eddie and Dustin. Dustin has almost said it a few times, but either we have caught him, or he catches himself. In other words, it's been hell, but I love Eddie so much though. He has been sticking with me every hour making sure I was okay and just looking after me. He would be an amazing father.

We make it to a random place on the road so we can start making our weapons. We have been driving so much and I have been feeling sick as all hell. We get out of the camper, and I run off to a part of the grassland where nobody can see me. I start to throw up a little and I sigh when I'm done. I can hear Steve and Robin talking about what is going on with me. I wipe my mouth and I come back pretending nothing happened.

Eddie and Dustin are sitting down while putting nails into a garbage pail lid. I sit down next to Eddie, and I watch him. I close my eyes and lean on him. He moves a little and leans in closer to me.

"You okay?"

I nod and sigh, "yeah, fine."

He keeps hammering nails into the lid, then stands up, "light, but durable. Deadly, but reliable."

Dustin laughs as Eddie puts on a voice, "hear me now! There will be no more retreating, from Eddie the Banished."

"Hey, you're really ready for bat-tle," Dustin laughs at his own joke while Eddie and I look at him confused. He stands up and looks at Eddie then me, "you get it? Bat-tle. B-A-T. No," Dustin sighs and I laugh a little before Eddie charges him and tries to tackle Henderson to the ground. They go back and forth charging each other while I just sit back and laugh.

"Never change, Dustin Henderson. Promise me?"

"I wasn't planning on it."

They laugh and sit back down on the ground. I pick up Dustin's pale lid and make sure none of them are going to fall out. I give it back to Dustin and grab Eddie's to check his too. I am going to be with Eddie and Dustin the whole time. We had a plan to distract the demobats and stay in my house.

One of them fall out and I sigh while grabbing the hammer to put it back in.

"You broke it," Eddie sighs like a child and I roll my eyes while putting the hammer down. I look at Dustin who was already looking at Eddie and me.

"When are you going to tell everyone?"

"When I feel like it. Unless it just slips out," I say and Eddie nods.

Dustin goes quiet and looks at the ground while shaking his head. I look at him confused and move closer to him.

"You okay, kid?"

"No, I just thought about what you have to do to conceive a child and I need to wash my brain."

I scoff and knock his hat off his head while moving back to Eddie while we laugh.

"Okay, so besides that. We remember the plan," I ask and look at the boys.

Dustin nods, "we go into the upside down, Eddie plays guitar to buy some time, we come back and bada boom we helped save Hawkins."

"Okay, and what if I start to go into a Vecna vision?"

Eddie looks at me, "Enter Sandman."

"What song are you doing," I ask Eddie.

"That is a surprise."

"Let's go kids! Back on the road," we hear Steve and collect the weapons then go back to the camper.
