Alpha's Second Chance:Another Rejection?

We walked for probably two hours and Sam was still sleeping but she was snuggled up to the beta smiling.
Once we got to the house the place was huge. I mean a mansion huge.
"Umm how many people live here"? I asked nervously
"You talking just the pack or staff and pack together"? The beta of betas asked laughing.
"Just pack"?
"Oh pack is about 750".
My mouth dropped. "That's a lot of people".
"Yeah try living with that many people". The guy beside me said laughing.
"It's not that bad". The beta said.
"You don't know half of our names". The one beside the beta said laughing making the beta laugh.
I started laughing but stopped and kept my head down.
We walked in the house and I was in awe.
"Wow". Was all I whispered.
"Stay here". The beta said
"Wait where are you taking my friend. When she wakes up she will freak. You don't understand I have to be there for her when she wakes up".
"Why would she freak out"? He asked.
"I can't I can't tell you. I'm not allowed".
His eyes started turning black. Meaning his wolf was coming.
"I'm sorry". I back up hitting the wall covering my face.
"Please don't hit me". I started to cry.
I heard him sigh. "I'm not going to hit you. I don't hurt women. But I see something happened at your pack house".
I moved my hands from my face. "Come with me".
We walked into another part of the house it looked like a doctors office.
We walked in the room and he sat Sam on the bed and I sat in the chair beside her.
"The pack doctor will see you soon". I nodded.
Soon Sam woke up.
"Where am I? Bri Bri". She started yelling. I grabbed her hand and she looked at me and smiled.
"Where are we"?
"Well in a doctors room to get checked up but we are on the King of Alphas land".
She gasped. And I nodded.
"I had a dream that I found my mate. My wolf keeps saying it".
The light bulb soon lit in my brain.
"That's why he got so angry".
"What do you mean"? She asked confused.
"Your mate is here".
She smiled. "Really".
I nodded.
"Tell me what he looks like. Wait no don't I want to be surprised. Wait no tell me no don't". She was so confused so I stopped her.
"Sam all I'll say is he is the beta of all betas".
She gasped and smiled really hard but then it vanished.
"What's wrong".
"What if he's like Alpha Ryan. What if he hurts me".
I got in bed beside her and hugged her. "Mates aren't suppose to hurt you they are suppose to love you".
