The come buzzed, how quickly Theus picked up told Ethan that he was waiting for this call "It is mind-bending fallout." Ethan leaned back in the chair and smiled at Theus.
Theus sighed; he didn't like what that meant. Mental health issues are highly regulated; the laws are there to protect the victims. "There might not even be charges brought up," He nodded "Are you sure Ethan,"
"Yes, Vivian was an assistant to a doctor and lab tech that worked with a now defunct research facility. I can't even find the name of the place... it and so many of the details have been redacted" He stretched and took a sip of his coffee. "They did questionable research on Elites, and I have found hints that the place was working with multiple Mind-Bending Elite's.
"It is not just possible for her to have been infected; it is highly likely." Theus wondered if Vivian was a willing participant or forced for some reason.
"The facility has over a hundred possible suspects connected to it that Vivian worked with daily while she was there. It might be better to get answers from her than try and track down the answers from redacted records."
"Maybe Miss Reynolds has some answers for us." Theus nodded "I'll keep you posted, I have her stewing in an interrogation room right now." Ethan smiled as Theus disconnected the call. He gathered a few pages of notes and headed to the interrogation rooms. He sat down across from Miss Reynolds, with the folder in his hands that held all the information he and Ethan had found so far. He had pulled her into one of the interrogation rooms over an hour ago, letting her sit and stew. He opened his tablet and scribbled down a note... she sat still and proper with her hands resting in her lap. She has yet to touch the water someone brought her and sat on the table in front of her.
"Did you have questions for me or are we going to just stare at each other?" Miss Reynolds sighed out of boredom.
"You worked for several research groups before you started working for the Vice President, is that correct?" He slammed the folder onto the table, but she didn't even jump.
