Barcelona was even more beautiful than I had believed it to be. The old, fascinating buildings with vines trickling on and around them. Our housing was located downtown, which was convenient. There were restaurants, shops, and parks located nearby that we were able to reach in a matter of walking.
The house we planned on staying in for five days was beautiful. A beautiful home in a beautiful city. It held three bedrooms: one master, two guest. Each bedroom had a bathroom either beside or in the room. There was a living room area connected to the kitchen and dining area. My favorite part was the balcony that allowed me to overlook the city. Barcelona was somewhere unfamiliar, yet it was one of the most mesmerizing places I've ever been.
We plan to share the master bedroom, me and you. While your friends occupy the other. My feelings for you are rapidly out of place, but they are not unknown. I will not deny my affection for you. You have various qualities that I would stupid to overlook. Those various qualities that I have very much fallen for. I am aware that at this point. I am attached.
We decide to eat at the nearest pizza place. You gain the waitress's attention in a matter of minutes. It's not something that was unexpected, you're very good looking. I just had wished that she would abruptly give that constant attention to one of your good looking, not kinda in a relationship friends instead. She speaks her native language in knowledge that I do not understand. Her words are flirty and directly for you. I could not help but feel some jealousy when I see you provide her a smile. Sure it was just a kind gesture, but that's what jealousy does.
I offer things to your friends and not you on purpose, solely for you to feel the jealousy that I had felt a second ago. The waitress is determined. So determined that your friend included himself in your conversation to propose a lie. A sinful lie, but a good enough one to leave you alone. You leave in frustration. Are you mad because he cock blocked you? Are you upset because he ruined your chances with a pretty girl?
You discuss your secret in front of me. I guess all we've been through, cats out the bag now. Honestly, it me feel significant. I'm special enough like your close friends to listen in. Your mission, your dedication to those women in need only draw me closer to your pure heart.
On our way home, music caught my ear. Music and I have been best friends since my mother stop favoring me. It would be my comfort in the middle of the night when she did not believe me about my abusive partner. It got me through my darkest times. I stop by to listen to the artist producing the delightful music. I had to leave, but I promised myself to make my way back.
When we got back to the house, when we got inside the room it was just you and I. I didn't want to speak with you, I was upset with your actions. You apologize. You apologize for your acts of jealousy this morning and afternoon. You claim for me to be yours as if we are in a relationship. I do nothing to oppose. Why do you easily have such a huge effect on me?
I ended up watching the movie with them after writing. I cuddled on the couch with Theo allowing myself to enjoy this moment with him.
We had arrived at BookWorm library a few minutes earlier than needed. I was wearing layered black today, it was professional and cute. I had on a black turtle neck, paired with black slacks and a corresponding suit jacket. I wore my most expensive heels, they made me feel powerful and in this setting, I felt exactly that. I was able to walk more comfortably with only my boot. I had curled my black hair and allowed it to fall careless over my shoulders. I've maintained makeup as needed to cover up the healing bruises. I paired my outfit with my usual small gold hoops and some rings.
