I have no idea why I am so nervous. It's not like I'm going to have to know these people after this. I'm just their surrogate.

Today I am meeting The Cole's family. Since I'm going to be around for awhile they figured this would be the perfect time to announce their baby news. I wasn't too fond of the idea of meeting these people but hey, I have to do what I have to do.

I look down at the yellow sundress I have on and slightly yank it down. I don't want these people getting a bad impression of me because of the way I dress.

I sigh and think about all of the benefits I will receive. First there's the 20,000 bonus check I get for getting pregnant. I get this check after I return the documents they will give me to sign today. The rest of my payment will be given to me in installments of 10,000 dollars, after every check up/doctor's appointments.

I have to keep myself healthy and active. In the end I will have 100,000 dollars. And to top it all off, I will get a 30,000 check once the baby is out of the hospital and with them at home. This money is going to pay off my college tuition, Well Atleast the half financial aid hasn't paid yet. It will also pay my sisters hospital bill.

"You ready?" Mally asks walking up to me with Kayden in his arms. I sigh and look over at my mom who is lagging behind.

"Mommy can you hurry up?" She rolls her eyes and continues at her pace. I'm surprised she even agreed to come. She acts like I'm the bad guy for having a baby and giving it away. However she fails to turn the mirror back on herself. Because she knows it will reveal a mother who is irresponsible and strung out.

"Don't say nothing." Mally mumbles.

I sigh. "I'm not going to say anything. She can leave if she really wants to. I honestly don't give a fuck."

"Ow Nane you said a bad word." Kayden points out. I smile a little at Kayden. I wasn't even paying attention to the fact that she is right there.

"Sorry Nanu. I better not ever hear you say one, though."

"Doctor Izzy says that my tongue will fall out if I do."

I nod. "She's right."

"Well how come yours hasn't?"

"Because I'm a grown woman and you're a child."

"No fair." I chuckle.

"Nahh, it's good munchkin because Kai needs her mouth washed out with soap." Kayden giggles.

"Ewww."

"Yea, and you need your you know what washed off'." I mumble.

"Alright. let's get this over with." My mom mumbles, walking right past us.

"Look mom the attitude is not needed. I really would appreciate if you brighten up. If not you can just go." She stops walking and turns back around to face us. She places her hands on her hips. With much attitude.

"Watch your mouth Kai."

"Ma I don't think she meant it like that." Mally tries to defuse the situation.

"Stay out of this."

"Look mama we don't have time for this. I'm sorry if you felt I was trying to disrespect you because I wasn't. I just need you to understand how important this is. You and I both know that we need this money. So please mommy just be cordial. After this this you can regain your attitude."

"What ever Kai."

I sigh and look over at Mally. Who is slightly shaking his head. "Can you please keep tabs on her?"
