'Baby B. There was a baby B.' I think to myself. I had lost baby B.

Throughout out my nights here. The doctor explained how he tried to save baby B. But Danny wasn't hearing that. She just kept saying she could have had twins. And all I kept thinking was 'They could've had twins.' BUT I lost baby B!
Watching Danny cry had to be the worst part.

I lean back on Mally's chest and sigh deeply.

"I should've tried harder." I mumble.

"It ain't yo fault though. The doctor told you the pregnancy was risky from the beginning. Twins almost never make it. Some people can't avoid losing baby B." He comforts me.

"Yea well I could've also saved baby B." I mumble back.

With my father now back in jail. Probably facing very many charges things have changed. Even though this is his first murder case he could possibly be on death row.
My mother had fled the scene before the cops and ambulance arrived. So she is gone again.

"Don't do that Kai. Everything happens for a reason." He mumbles.
I sigh deeply and look around the room.

"What time did they say that stupid circle thing was?"

He picks up his phone and looks at the time. "Actually it's in like 20 minutes."

"Who has a freaking pregnancy circle in the hospital?" I mumble.

"Actually Ms. Demoney." A voice starts walking into my room. "It's just taking place here. The hospital sponsors the circle, but it's not based off being in the hospital. Individuals from anywhere are welcome to come." Dr. Carter explains, giving me a smile.

"Dr. Carter. Hey." He smiles and walks over to me, handing me a teddy bear and some flowers he brought.

"Sorry if I just dropped in unexpectedly. I heard about everything over the news and I thought I should pay you a visit. See how you're doing." He smiles.

"Hello Mr. Camabrige." Dr. Carter smiles at Malano. However Mally didn't return the smile.

"Wassup." He gives a slight head nod and looks over at me.

Dr. Carter clears his throat. "So how are you feeling?" I sigh deeply and look down at Mally's large hand. Grabbing it and intertwining my fingers in between his slightly bigger ones.

"We just found out there was twins. But she lost baby B." Mally explains for me.

"Oh I'm so sorry to hear that."

"Yea. We all was." Mally mumbles sarcastically. However I'm sure Reginald doesn't catch onto that.

"Well at least you still have baby A." I look up at him and give a half smile. Seeing that he forces a smile as well.

"Yea. Thank you for coming. And for the Teddy bear and flowers."

"No problem. I really just needed confirmation you were ok."

"Yea well now you know she ok. We gotta go."

"Mally." I mumble, elbowing him in the stomach. "That was rude."

"It's fine. I'll go, I have to get back to my office anyway."

"Are you sure?" He nods.

"Yea, I'll text you later." I nod.

"Ok." He gives us a wave and disappears out the room. As soon as he does I hit Mally on the chest.

"Did you really have to be so niggerish?" He shrugs.
