"𝗶 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲. 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘂𝘀, 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲. 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱."- 𝗸𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶.

somehow my cheap pillows that i bought from the flea market a year ago were really comfortable. i didn't ever want to leave. i felt my pillow being slowly dragged away from me so i pulled it back towards me. "𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘂𝗽, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲. 𝗶 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝘀."

i turned around to face joão. why was i here? "𝗷𝗼𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂!" i said with a confused look on my face. and i already knew i wasn't going to training with him because i wasn't going in yesterday's clothes.

i wasn't a fucking slob. "𝗶 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗮𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝗼 𝗶 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲!" he said smiling. fuck him and that stupid smile. i flipped him off and pulled him towards me so that way i could go back to sleep on my very comfortable pillow.

"𝗶 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶." he said getting very serious all of a sudden. i let him go and get changed, i know i said i would take it very slow with him but he wasn't wearing a shirt. i pushed down all my little feelings and got up. "𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴."

he said practically begging me at this point. "𝗶 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘅 𝗶 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀." "𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲." joão walked out of the room so that way i could have some privacy. i searched around the closet for a wife beater and some grey sweats. it was a comfy outfit.

"𝗶'𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘅." i said walking down the stairs
of his condo. he nodded his head and headed to the car. i was still kinda in utter shock that i slept here last night. shit, i hadn't had time to update jasmine on my life. i sent her a quick text that i would call her as soon as i can.

we soon arrived to the same stadium that we went to yesterday. "𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁." joão said laughing. "𝗶 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘅 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲." joão checked the time and we headed in.

as soon as i saw geo she gave me a big hug. "𝘀𝗼 𝗶 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗷𝗼𝗮𝗼, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝘂𝘆𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿." she said playfully hitting my shoulder. "𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝘀𝗼 𝗶 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲."

she gave me a small smirk as she was trying to hide her laugh. "𝗶 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗼." i turned towards her a little more so she would know that i was paying attention. "𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘅 𝘆𝗲𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻!"

"𝗼𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝘁, 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝘂𝘆𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲!" she shook her head at the comment i had made. "𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿." "𝗴𝗲𝗼 𝗶'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁."

i loved talking to geo, she was like the big sister i never had. "𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆?" i asked. "𝗼𝗵 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺."

in my mind the only thing i was thinking was a job opportunity. but i wasn't going to ask about them hiring me, she probably didn't even trust me. she's only know me for one day. i decided that i would just have to find a new job on my own.

"𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗶 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝗼." she thanked me and we went back watching the team train. i went on instagram because i was a little bored when i saw a post, the title read "𝖩𝗈𝖺𝗈 𝖥𝖾𝗅𝗂𝗑 𝗁𝖺𝗌 𝖺 𝗇𝖾𝗐 𝗀𝖿!" i clicked on the link and they had pictures of me up there.

i tapped on geo's shoulder so that way i could show her the post. "𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼?" i asked her. "𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲'𝘀. 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝘂𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗮𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗲."

she said giving me a smile. training was over and i decided that instead of walking down to the locker rooms i would just go look around. i was going up stairs and opening doors. i was scared i would get kicked out but it seemed like almost everybody had left.

i found my way back to the stands and walked out to the entrance, luckily joão was just now getting out of the locker rooms. "𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶." he said running up towards me. i made a mental note that i would not be staying at his house tonight because i needed to go fill out job applications.

"𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗶 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘄." i said. "𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗵 𝗶 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲." he seemed disappointed by the fact that i had to go home. i kind of was too, but the most important thing on my mind was finding a job. we pulled up to my house and i got out of his car.

when i got out he didn't even say bye to me, he was definitely ignoring me. i unlocked my apartment door and practically ran straight to my bed. today was a long ass day.
