Chapter 29: The Truth...

Back where we left off, Izuku was in the teachers' lounge with Toshinori and Master Splinter inside with the boy. And at this moment, Izuku was sitting in front of Toshinori, who was sitting on the couch while Splinter remained standing by the window.

Izuku: "So, did you hear the news?"

Toshinori: "Yes, we heard and we apologize to you for not being around."

Izuku: "Oh no, it's okay! It's not something you two need to apologize for."

Splinter: "Believe me, Young Izuku." - Splinter's words made Izuku look at him, and as he did so, the greenish one saw that he had a serious look while he was a little downcast. - "This is something I need to apologize for."

Izuku: "But why?"

Toshinori: "W-Well, to sum it up, I had to pass my DNA on to him so he can get my power." - He said as he scratched his head as he was embarrassed. He hadn't told Splinter and the Turtles how he had passed One For All to Izuku.

Splinter: "And how was it, Young Izuku?"

Izuku: "It was disgusting, Master Splinter..." - He put his hand over his mouth while making a disgusted face remembering that event.

Toshinori: "Oh come on! I shampooed my hair that day!"

Izuku: "But it didn't help at all, All Might..."

Toshinori: "O-Okay, let's forget about that detail, please?!" - He said while sounding a little before getting a serious look. - "Anyway, what I said that day was: no matter what, the key was in my DNA."

Upon remembering this information, Izuku was left with wide eyes.

Izuku: "S-So you mean that if the Hero Killer managed to ingest my blood; would he get One For All?!" - He asked worriedly.
