While all that was happening on I-Island, back in that Central Tower, Toshinori was being scanned inside a chamber while David was looking at the scan results, and when the results came in, David was in shock. When he finishing the scaning, Toshinori leaves the chamber as he sits down.
David: "I don't understand, Toshi. Your Quirk levels are dropping drastically, how is that possible?" – He asked while pointing to the results that were on the computer screen, which were not good at all. – "I know you were seriously injured because of All For One, but the drop in these numbers is absurd! What happened to you?!" – He asked worried while Toshinori let out a small cough.
Toshinori: "I think after acting as a hero for a long time, your body starts to fall apart." – Clearly it was a lie, which David didn't notice. Toshinori didn't like to do that, but... – 'I wanted to tell you the truth about One For All, but if I do that... I'll end you and Melissa in a fight against All For One. ' - He thought while looking sadly at David.
David: "At this rate, the Peace symbol will disappear. The only reason Japan keeps the crime rate at 6% is because of its presence. Other countries have around 20%, while others are even worse than that. Honestly, if you had stayed, America would have used you."
Upon hearing these words, Toshinori thought of a way to alleviate the pessimistic mood that was in the place, and upon thinking, Toshinori got up, walked towards his friend and said:
Toshinori: "Hey, don't be so pessimistic Dave. The world is full of amazing people, and there are also people like you who are so supportive of them." – Toshinori's words made David look at him. – "Besides, I can still be All Might for a few hours every day. So I'm not dead yet." – He said with the intention of reassuring his friend, but it didn't work so well.
David: "But the question is, what if a monstrous villain appears? What if you're not able to save us again?!"
Toshinori: "David, listen. Even if that day comes, I don't intend to step down from this position." – He said with a smile before getting serious and thinking about someone. – 'Besides, there is still hope! The future of One For All, the Next Symbol of Peace... a new generation will arise to take my place.' – He thought all he had in his head was a person, Izuku Midoriya.

Back at that skate field, Izuku, Michelangelo and Raphael were still inside, with Michelangelo still teaching some skills he knows how to do with Skate to Izuku, who was listening intently. As for the rest...
April: "So you're Melissa Shield? It's nice to meet you! My dad and I hear a lot about your dad, and he's the inspiration." – She said with a smile while the girls were talking in a group.
Melissa: "I'm glad to hear that, Miss O'Neil."
April: "Oh, please call me April." – She said this not only to Melissa but also to the girls at 1-A.
Momo: "It's nice to meet a friend of the Hamato Brothers."
Ochako: "Yeah, they're so cool and almost a mystery. We don't know much about them, or their personal lives." – Ochako's comment made April and Karai look at each other, both uncomfortable and careful not to say anything that will deliver the Turtles.
April: "W-Well, it's just that they are used to and don't like to talk a lot about their personal life. Trust me, even though I'm a very close friend of theirs, I don't even know much about them." – Clearly a lie.
