In one of the busiest and wealthiest areas of the city, a black car was driving through the streets, moving towards a slightly hilly area where a lit-up building stood, somewhat isolated from the other buildings in the city. When the car stopped next to this illuminated and seemingly luxurious building, which had other expensive cars besides this black one, a man finally stepped out from the back door. This man had pale skin, short reddish-brown hair, narrow eyes with small irises and long eyelashes. But what stood out the most was his mask, resembling a bird's beak, akin to a plague doctor's mask.

As the man exited the car, he looked around and then at the building.
???: "Is this the right place?" - he asked himself, feeling suspicious.
"Are you Kai Chisaki, also known as Overhaul?" - asked a large, muscular man with a purple dragon on his shirt's shoulder.

Upon hearing this, Overhaul looked at the building again, now knowing he was in the right place.
