Izuku and the TMNT: Heroes Out of the Shadows

Chapter 31: Final Exams.

Back where we left off, we see Splinter face the 1-A students.  More precisely, in front of Izuku and Bakugou, who were totally surprised to see him.

Sato: "Wait a minute, isn't this guy the...?"

Tsuyu: "It's Mister Splinter!"  - She said while keeping her finger on her chin.

Sero: "The giant rat man..." – He said while shivering and hiding behind Shoji, who thought this was strange but didn't say anything.

Ojiro: "He's the one who was with the Hamato brothers at USJ, isn't he?"  – He asked surprised as he looked at Splinter.

As the students commented on the Splinter, Izuku couldn't stop looking at his and the Turtles' master, and he was already wondering why he was there.

Splinter: "If you two want to beat me..." - The words caught the attention of both Izuku and Bakugou, as well as the students, who stopped talking.  – "...you will have to do your best and not hesitate against me."  – He said while looking precisely at Izuku.

???: "Furthermore..."

They all heard a voice coming from above, and the source of that voice landed near them, and it was soon revealed to be All Might.

All Might: "If you want to win and pass Mister Splinter, you two will have to work in pairs, so you will have a great chance of winning."  – He said while standing on the Splinter side, and All Might's words made Izuku and Bakugou look at each other.  With Izuku giving a serious and worried look while Bakugou giving an angry look.

You must be wondering why Splinter is there, right?  Anyway, let's see this in a quick flashback.

(Flashback)

A few days ago, in the meeting room, they were talking about what they were going to do on the practical exam.

Nezu: "As we've seen that Stain the Hero Killer was defeated by someone so skilled and that person is linked with the League of Villains, is there a possibility that the villains and the Foot Clan will get more reinforcements?"

Snipe: "Of course, the best thing would be to prevent it before that can happen, but as we are part of this school, we better be 100% sure. We have to be prepared. If we consider how the fights against villains are going to intensify in today's society, so fighting robots won't be very practical. As we already know, robots were used to avoid complaints about people getting hurt on the entrance exam."

Shota: "We can ignore it. Let them complain."  – He said as he stood with his arms crossed while his hair covered his eyes.

Midnight: "That's not how it works."

Cementoss: "I understand why they want to change the entrance exam, but making the students fight in pairs against us teachers?! That doesn't seem fair to me."

Thirteen: "Yeah, I agree with you, Cementoss."

Present Mic: "If we beat them easily, we won't be able to rank them."

Snipe: "We have to take that into account and give the students an edge."

Shota: "Mister Nezu, what do you have to say?"  – He asked while looking at Nezu, who was sitting next to him.

Nezu: "Whatever it is, I agree that we should change the practical exam. To prevent students from facing more danger, what should we do?"  – He asked with his arms crossed and his head down, just before lifting his head with a small smile on his face.  – "The answer is simple. Students need to get stronger!"
