My random ass poetic thoughts

Poem number 9: Polygamy

Don't step to me on some relationship shit if yo intentions ain't pure,

cause ignorance is to reject something you know nothing about,

and polygamy is somethin I know about,

that's for sure,

don't try and hate on me because of it and so called blamed how my father raised me claiming i picked it up from my daddy,

cause if you do,

you don't know my dad,

or my upbringing,

and that's for sure,

I'm just tryna separate what is real,

from what's fake,

for these women I love,

cause my intentions are pure,

I know how to lead my relationship,

Cause it's me that my partner is in a relationship with,

If she starts off ass yo girlfriend first,

a relationship involves friendship,

I think that these are things that people just casually skip over,

cause they'd rather let everyone see that they got somebody,

except for that very same somebody,

Now understand,

I'm not writing this poem to shit on and knock monogamy,

just simply to express how I'm meant for polygamy,

because the love I give is something different see,

just take a taste test,

and come see how the difference be,

And yes I have standards on the women that can get with me,

cause I'm tryna lead a family more solid than a black panter's fist b,

What can I say when I tatteed 100% solid on myself,

so the more my women follow my lead,

they become more solid theirself,

my left forearm says family over money,

ain't it only right to say my woman is part of my family?,

and even that tattoo is designed in camouflage style,

I was big brother,

and big cousin on the block playin wild,

doin this,

doin that,

plannin all kinda moves,

the things that I been through,

can bring you all kinda moods,

There's nothing wrong with having more than one girlfriend,

or more than one wife,

as well as only one girlfriend ,

or only one wife,

what's wrong tho is not being a man that's stayin true to your word,

What's wrong is getting people wanting to believe in what is simply absurd,

What's wrong is not committment,

what's wrong is not a bond that you have with someone that is more than a friendship,

what's wrong is not wanting to addd a woman into your kinship,
