Poem number 26: Fuck BET(I can't stand no coonin ass coon either)

Fuck BET,

it ain't even black owned no more,

so how the fuck is this "black entertainment television" when it's owned by a white man,

fuck BET,

yea I used to watch it as a child growing up and in my teen and late teens,

but then the founder sold out and sold it to viacom-a white owned company,

I ain't watch BET in years,

fuck BET,

I ain't even gonna sit there and lie to mysself and think it's even cool to watch it anymore just cause it's name is black entertainment television when it been white owned for the past several years,

fuck BET cause I don't support black people's oppression,

that shit white owned now,

that's what the white man thinks is black and what the white man thinks being black is now,

fuck BET,

to me it's new real name in secret is coon entertainment television,

cause how is entertainment for black people owned by a white man,

talkin bout brainwashing and taking niggas back to slavery days of mistrel shows and black face performances,

except now the black face performances  have actual black faces,

all you have to do is change yo channel to BET to see the truth for yoself,

fuck BET,

I laught when I look up on social media and ya'll tryna talk about the BET awards and you gota an outrage of how you didn't like this part of the BET awards,

or that part of the BET awards,

bitch yo whole outrage of what happened at the BET awards is fake as fuck,

fuck BET,

my black an indigenous to the Americas ass ain't watching that shit,

you got me fucked up,

I ain't no dumbass,

and I ain't no dummy,

BET was founded in 1980 on janurary 25,

the tv station is literally only ten years older than me,

after so many years of success and makin money,

white man said let me buy this up off ya in 2001,

see black people can't even have shit to themselves without the white man trying get his hand involved to control some shit,

fuck BET,

I don't even indulge in it,

ever since I found out they not black owned no more and sold it to a white owned comapany,

I said fuck that shit and never changed my tv to channel 56 ever again,

when I blow up for my music or even get into the acting business,

I'd never go to a BET awards until they're black owned again,

cause you won't catch me shuckin and jivin for the coon entertainment television awards,

no siree,

not for me,

i'd blow up and probably start leading a protest of black celebrities,

wake niggas up,

cause i swear they sleep heavily,

but a coon gone be a coon,

that's somethin I'll never be,

fuck BET,

and until they're no longer white company owned and back under complete black owned control,

that's how it'll forever be.
