poem number 55: tattoo apprenticeship

Goin through this tattoo apprenticeship,
Truly on my artist shit,
Workin in it hard as shit,
Dedication is everything,

It's what's gonna get you through it,

gotta be able to draw anything,

and everything,

that's the point of an artist,

assignment after assignment,

that's really no problem for me,

more work for me to do is just gonna end up as progress with me,

give me 8 months,

just 8 months,

and i'mma be known as one of the best tattoo artist in my city,

today's date is currently June 15th 7:34am,

so mark my words,

and mark that date,

count and track them 8 months,

and you'll see how true my words are,

you gone see my progress and dedication,

I know my worth,

and i'mma get what i'm worth,

because my worth ain't worthless,

shading,

fonts,

and designing tatts,

which designing i've already done,

my first tattoo was my design but someone else's work,

my fun has just begun.

this anime styled vampire face  on my left hand,

I designed that too,

and had an artist tattoo it on me,

so let's keep it 100,

if you really want it,

I can design any type of tattoo you want me to design homie,

this is similar to barber school,

just only with ink,

this is a permanent decision for life i'm puttin on yo skin,

so i'mma need you to think,

cause when I get certified as a tattoo artist,

I'm goin crazy with ink,

just give me 8 months

that should be more than enough time for me to get certified from my tattoo apprenticeship,

and I'mma be one of the best tattoo artist in the city,
