i didn't like sage

maybe i just liked kissing her

or i was just touched deprived

i could not like sage.

which is why i've been avoiding her all week

"brynn."

i almost jumped at sound of sages voice

"sage, hey." seeing her made me want to kiss her, again.

"have you been avoiding me?"
"no, i've been... busy?"
"you don't sound so sure of that."

"i just haven't really seen you around."
"that might be because you run away, every single time."

"i don't run away-! you just have horrible timing."
she raised a eyebrow, and i didn't try to convince myself it wasn't attractive

at that moment, the bell rang.

"i'll see you around?"

without waiting for her response, i turned around to head to my class

i wasn't running from sage

i just didn't particularly wanted to see her

or, i did but i hated how badly i wanted to kiss her

maybe it was just her lips

after class, i went to the library as to not see sage

she would be eating lunch in the cafeteria, right now.

not that i had her schedule memorized, of course.

the library though, would hopefully be empty

i was planning on catching up on homework

not on seeing sage, standing awfully close to a guy.
