did this guy not get the hint, would he leave if i ignored him?

i fixed my shirt, not wanting to look at him

he might've been attractive, if i liked guys, which i didn't.

i much preferred sage, even if i hated her most of the time

"hello? is that a yes?"

where the fuck did he get that from?
"no. it's not."

"fuck off, she's clearly not interested."
i looked up, sage was back, and i'd never been more happy to see her.

"and you are..?" he asked, obviously checking sage out

sage scrunched up her nose in that cute way and glanced at me

"her.. girlfriend?"
"you sound unsure of that." he sounded smug, and it was quite annoying

but if she was going to pretend to be my girlfriend, and then not do anything afterwards..

i moved closer to sage, wrapping a arm around her waist, like she had to me earlier

"she isn't." i answered for her

"have you ever even kissed a guy?"

so badly i wanted to punch him now, and sage looked like she felt same

"i much prefer this." she put a hand on my cheek, making me face, her

her lips almost met mine, but she stopped, almost as if waiting for me to pull away

and i put a hand behind her neck, crashing our lips together

holy shit, she was almost as good as kissing as she was at annoying me

i heard a scoff, and someone walking away

i pulled away, realizing what we had just done.

sage just kissed me, and even if it was only so the guy would leave, i had kissed back.
