Ch 14 Parents meet

Sorry I day a later again. I was a bit under the weather ( which was iconic considering what ch 33 was about when I was writing it).  I much better and enjoy.

I was in the classroom getting ready for the meet. When a knock on the door came. " come in." Both Sarah and Cindy dad were here ( there kids as well). " Ok so I had a look over the school rules for this. It said that Cindy here will get suspended from school for a week and then take study hall for also a week or if you want it to be the other way. Is that clear for you all." Sarah and her kids agree but Cindy and her dad don't. " What about Billy punishment? He hit me" Demand Cindy. " Yes what is Billy's. I hate to see the person who hit my daughter go unpunished." Cindy dad added.

"Well I-." " Excuse me, but may I remind you it was your daughter who started this full thing" Sarah interrupted. " What do you mean." He ask. " Well you know the fact how your daughter try to kill my kid. My son Billy was only protected her from Cindy. Can you imagine what could of happen if he don't stop her back there." Tears started to fell down her face. I got her some tissue and her kids start to help her. But rage instead fulled.

" After what happened at the last school with Billy. I promise that they wouldn't get hurt again. But here goes your kid doing the same thing." She yell. The two kept arguing back and forth. There kid were crying. I mean had did we turn from 3 adult and 3 kids to one adult and 5 kids.

I was trying to stop the two, when I saw that Cindy tears were revealing bruises on her face that look like they were made yesterday. I ask where she got them from. Cindy was about to answer when her dad interrupted. " She was playing when you got doses." At first I thought he was joking but he wasn't. I ask Cindy again why she had the bruising. She whisper in my ear how yesterday when her dad was drunk, he started to hit her like crazy. I was horrific at this fact.

"Sir can we speak outside please." He stop arguing and when outside with me. I told him everything Cindy told me. " What, I would never do that to my daughter. She got those bruises when playing. She just lied, she does this at home all the time." " Sir those bruises are why to big and serious to be from PLAYING. And if that was the case, why did she hide it with makeup." I question him. " She can be very self conscious about her looks. She gots that from her mom." " First of all it unhealthy for her to be self conscious of her looks, let a long at 6." " Well she 5 and now that we have agreed on a punishment for her. I believe we best be going now." My gut was telling me to not let Cindy go with him. So I listen. " Sir I not letting you take her." " what do you mean" He yell out. " She my kid and I have say in her not you." " As her teacher, I am aloud to call CPS for this kind of matter and let her stay if I think it would be best for her safety." He look like he was about to fight me. So I run right back in the classroom and lock the door so he couldn't get in. " Let me in, let me in" he demanded. He kept hitting at the door. " I will call the cops." He threaten.

I got my phone and started to call. Sarah started to read the room and try to calm and protect the kids. Few minutes past and the cop and CPS both came. I listen in though the door and heard. Cindy dad getting arrested. " Let me go I don't deserve to go to jail. It should be my daughter teacher not me." I unlock the door and we all when outside to the front area. " Well, I wasn't expecting to see you guys again." Said Rudy. " Me nether. But that life for you." " Ok so we called Cindy mom and CPS will handle the rest. As for her dad, he would be in jail for a long long time." I smile knowing Cindy was going to be alright. Cindy give me a hug on my leg as tears fell down her face. " Thank you so must Mrs Y/N. You don't know how much this means to me." I gave her a hug as well. " It was my pleasure Cindy. I just glad your going to be ok." Cindy mom came and the two talk to CPS. Sarah came up to me. " So how you doing." " To be honest, tried and I got to sign some papers for Kid to be my foster son." " Well me and some other moms started a mom help group zoom meet if wanted to join." She handed me some paper. " Thanks I think about it."

I had finally made it home. I walked in to the living room and saw Adam and Jasper watching the news. " So you guys heard." Adam turn off the tv. "We haven't heard your side" he said, I told them about the punishment for Cindy and her dad thought. How Sarah was standing up for Billy and Lily. Arguing how Billy don't deserve to get punishment and how it was Cindy fault for Lily getting hurt. The fact that the two kept arguing and the kids crying. How I saw Cindy bruises and when to talk to her dad about it. Are arguments in the hallway and me locking him out and calling. What CPS and the cops plan next. When I was done Jasper face was in shock and Adam in disappointment.

" How about you two. How was shopping." I ask. " Well that it self is bit of a crazy story" Answer Jasper. " What you mean." Kid started to tell first.
