"Open your eyes!" Seth smiled. Amy's eyes flickered open on a huge picnic set up in Central Park. Consisting of all her favorite foods, and a bottle of white wine.
"This is so sweet Seth!" Amy kissed him and sat down on the picnic blanket.
"Also!" He smiled sweetly. "I'm going to read to you!"
"Aw! Hold on, let's do this naughting hill style!" Amy laid across the blanket, her head resting in Seth's lap. "Read."
He read aloud her favorite book as she munched away on her sandwich. It was like a scene from a movie, the weather was beautiful, so was the scenery, but the love they had for each other surpassed the beauty of everything else. They were happy.
"Seth?" Amy interrupted his very skillful reading.
"Yes Ames?" He looked down at her, smiling.
"I love you." She grinned ear to ear.
"I love you more." He kissed her.
"Promise?"
"I promise." Seth vowed. In that moment, Amy's phone rang.
"Hello?"
"AMY! Amy, Amy please come, please fast, please." Bill sounded like he was crying on the other end.
"Oh my god? What's wrong? Is it something with Kristen?" She asked.
"Yes! Maya's on her way! I think she's outside- just hurry please!!!" He begged.
"Can...can I bring Seth?" Amy asked. Seth looked at her.
Silence.
"Bring Seth." Bill said, and then hung up.
"We have to go." Amy stood up. They packed up the picnic quickly, both utterly disappointed that their magical date ended. But Bill obviously needed them, so this was important. They took a cab to Bills apartment and ran up.
"We came as fast as we-" Amy gasped. Bill and Maya were crouched on the floor next to Kristen. (who had gotten a strange haircut) She looked drunk beyond belief and there were pills scattered on the floor next to her.
"Kristen!" Amy choked running over to her.
"She tried to kill herself." Bill whispered.
"Oh my god." Seth sat down on the floor next to everyone.
"I want to leave." Kristen said.
"I don't know what to do." Bill whispered helplessly.
"Where the hell were you?" Amy asked.
"The shower...I left her alone I was so-"
"No." Seth cut Bill off. "This isn't your fault Bill."
They shared a faint smile.
"Kristen baby, we're here." Maya rubbed her back.
"I'm a burden, you guys are better off without me." Kristen whispered.
"No Kr-" Bill started.
"OH MY GOD JUST LET. ME. FUCKING. DIE." She shouted. Bill wrapped his arms around her and held her close for a long time. Finally whispering,
"Who caused this?"
"I did, Bill. This is all me." Kristen said.

They put Kristen to bed, taking turns staying in the room with her, hour shifts. So far, they've each been through two shifts. They weren't going to let Kristen die on them. Bills shift was done so he walked into the living room where Seth, Amy and Maya were sitting and talking.
"Your shift Maya." He said roughly. She smiled and trudged into Kristen's room. She was lying on the bed, her eyes wide open. This scared the shit out of Maya at first, but then she smiled and crawled into the bed, laying next to Kristen.
"Hey baby." She said.
"Will you hold my hand?" Kristen asked.
"Sure but no kissing." Maya joked squeezing her hand.
"My head hurts." Kristen moaned. "But I remember everything."
"Kristen, why would you leave us?especially in that way..." Maya shook her head. She paused before giving an answer.
"Its too painful, and I'm weighing you all down. I'm fucking destroying Bill." She rubbed her eyes.
"Do you love him?" Maya asked.
"What?"
"Do you love him?"
Of course, Kristen thought. Obviously. She loved him more then she loved herself. She hated herself in fact, so she couldn't let him love her.
But yeah, she loved him.
"Yes." She answered.
"Then why won't you show him that?" Maya exclaimed.
"Because he deserves someone better." She said. Maya took a deep breath to stop herself from getting angry.
"Kristen...it doesn't matter what any of us deserve. You've gotta love yourself, but you've also gotta let him love you." She stated.
"I still want to die." Kristen mumbled.
"I know." Maya said. "But you're not gonna, you're gonna stay here-"
Maya's voice caught and she started crying.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." She tried to pull herself together, but couldn't.
"Maya..." Kristen whispered wrapping her arms around her waist. Then she knew at all cost, she had to get better because she was hurting the people she loved the most.
"I love you Maya, I'm going to get better, I promise." She hugged her tighter.
"I just remember you, the first day I met you, and you had pigtails in and a dress and converse, I wish you could've stayed that happy and careless forever." Maya shook, crying.
"Me too." Kristen whispered.
After Maya pulled herself together, she carried Kristen into the living room where the talking abruptly stopped.
"Hey." Kristen said.
"Let's talk." Amy ordered powerfully. Maya and Kristen sat down on one of her many couches and nodded.
"Okay, we didn't call nine one one or a hotline or whatever because we don't want you to end up in another suffocating room. But we're all terrified, we're not just going to move on with our lives like this is okay or something. We gotta do something." Amy declared, very powerfully. Kristen nodded weakly.
"We just don't know what the fuck to do." Bill rubbed his eyes.
"Call Lorne." Kristen ordered. "Tell him to hell with this whole hiatus thing, being in my normal routine would help."
Seth, Bill and Amy looked at each other.
"No, because there'd be no telling what you would do, you could leave or run away, or overdose in your office-" Seth began.
"No." Kristen cut him off. "Bill would always be with me. I'll live here and write in his or someone's office."
"She has a point. I wouldn't let her out of my sight." Bill said. Seth and Amy nodded.
"We love you Kristen, please stay." Seth said.
"I will guys, now...um...could we watch a movie?" She said. Bill smiled and put in a movie, they watched it peacefully for the rest of the night.
