Valentines day was growing closer, Tina was continuing her self destructiveness, so Seth was taking Amy to a couples yoga class.
Right away when they walked in the studio, they hated everyone in it. With their posh yoga mats and matching yoga outfits. Amy was getting more fired up by the second.
"Alright!" The yoga instructor began. "We'll begin with some stretches with our partner, whatever you want, but you know the stretches."
Everyone around them began stretching as if it was a choreographed dance number. Then they started looking at Seth and Amy as if they were the scum of the earth.
"Look at these assholes." Amy hissed as she tried to touch her toes.
"I think you're doing it wrong doll face." Some jackass guy in front of them said. Amy flipped him off.
"I'd shut up if I were you." Seth warned. Amy looked around at all these people who thought they were better than her and it infuriated her.
"Seth." She hissed. "Let's play the dick game."
He looked at her with a look of unbelief on his face.
"dick." He whispered, grinning.
"Dick." She whispered, a little louder.
"Dick." He was just above a whisper. People were starting to stare.
"Dick!" She said.
"Dick!" His voice almost shook as it got louder.
"diCK!" She whooped.
"dICK!" He was trying not to laugh, the instructor was walking toward them.
"DICK!" Amy yelled.
"Excuse me-"
"DICK!!!" Seth interrupted the instructor. The two got up and started bouncing and cheering
"DICK!!!!" Amy cheered.
"STOP IT THIS INSTANT!" The yoga instructor shouted. Amy shook her head.
"DICK!!!!!" Seth yelled near the top of his voice.
"DIIIIIIIIIIICCCCKKKK!" Amy screamed. The instructor began to bodily force them out of the room but they kept yelling dick all the way out.
"You are not welcome back!" The instructor slammed the door in their faces and they began laughing so hard, tears started squirting out of their eyes. Out of the studio and down the street they stayed laughing.
"Holy shit did you see their faces?" She wheezed, grabbing onto Seth's arm for support.
"That was so much fun." He cackled. "God! I'm in love with you."
She kept laughing but hugged him tightly around the waist, laughing into his stomach. It was one of the greatest feelings in the world, in Seth's opinion. After they calmed down, he kissed her head.
"You wanna go house hunting?" He asked.
"Do I wanna?" She cried. "I would LOVE TO!"
They skipped down the sidewalk, happy and in love. After pitch that week, Bill and Kristen went to bills office just to lay down for a while. Tina came in and interrupted, asking for a private talk with Kristen. The girls left and not long after that, Jimmy barged into Bills office.
"Jimmy! What's up?"
"Hey man, can you talk for a minute?" He asked.
"Of course, what's going on?" Bill asked, already knowing the answer.
"How's Tina? Like how's she interacting with people, does she look okay? Does she seem different?" Jimmy asked.
"Well..." He sighed, wanting to give his friend the truth. "Not well. At all. She looks lifeless and depressed, her sketches have sucked, if she ever writes them, I haven't heard her laugh in probably a month."
"Is she going steady with anyone?"
"No, not at all."
"Seth said the problem is she thinks I'm incapable of loving her, is that it..?" He asked.
"That might be a whole lot of it. But bud, Tina's messed up, ya know? She has to love herself before she can love you." Bill said, trying to sound as soothing as possible.
"But this was so out of the blue, and that guy hitting her at the bar...she's getting worse not better." He exclaimed.
"Then maybe you were the one to save her."
"But that's another problem! At the bar she screamed and yelled that I couldn't save her and she didn't need me."
Bill pondered this. Kristen did almost the same thing. She did say she didn't need him. But what she meant was I don't want to need you.
"She meant she doesn't want to need you." He said. "But she does."
"I just wish I could somehow make her love me." Jimmy said, obviously discouraged.
"What about that thing said said you were gonna do? The dancing thing?"
"Yeah, but I just don't know when and things are already broken enough. I mean, maybe valentines day if I have enough guts to." He nodded.
"Valentines day would be good. Seth and Amy'll be out, do it then." Bill said.
They talked some more until they went their separate ways, Jimmy thanking him over and over for his help, then Bill went home.
"Welcome home babe." Kristen said tiredly from the couch. He walked over and kissed her cheek.
"How was Tina?" He asked.
"She's a mess." She sighed sadly. "She's so messed up right now. And she loves him-Jimmy, still. It sucks, people are supposed to break up if they're not in love not if they are."
"It really is awful, I talked to Jimmy."
"You talked to Jimmy?" She cracked up. "I love how we're both talking to them, what did he say?"
"Yeah." Bill laughed. "He's so fucking heartbroken, like so bad, it's really discouraging, ya know? To see him like this."
"Yeah...I wish I could heal them, but Tina's gotta heal first." Kristen cuddled up to Bill.
"That's what I told him, he just won't believe it's not his fault."
"Well at least we're not like this anymore." She let out almost a laugh.
"Thank god." He sighed, squeezing her.
"That was really bad."
"I don't know how I lived without you Kristen." He said sincerely.
"I don't know why I wanted to live without you." She whispered.
