I sat in my room while everyone else in the house sat downstairs as Nayeon briefed them on their next mission.

I decided to not get involved so I sat by my lonesome with my headphones blasting music.

The walls in my room are so plain that it doesn't feel like home.

So I decided to hang up the few items I had managed to pack away whenever I was kicked out.

There were just a couple of photos of me and my mother from when I was younger and a lot of photos of me and the girls.

I smiled to myself as I began to hang these on the wall opposite my bed, excited to finally feel at home.

I was so caught up in my own excitement that I didn't hear Nayeon and Sana entering my bedroom.

I was completely unaware of their presence until Sana tapped on my shoulder.

Jumping from the scare, I tore my headphones off with wide eyes, staring at the two.

"You scared the shit out of me." Both girls giggled, clearly finding amusement in my fear.

"Can I help you guys?" I questioned, trying to calm my heart.

"We were thinking," Sana started, both their faces turning serious yet anxious. "That maybe you'd like to tag along on our mission today."

I blinked in confusion a few times, wondering why they would allow an outsider in on their mission.

"Me? On a mission? Come on guys, I know nothing about this kind of stuff."

"Well, it's a rather small mission, nothing too serious. Plus, it's just Sana, Momo, and Tzuyu going on this one."

Glancing between the two girls, I bit my lip as I contemplated the idea.

It would be a good way to get a glimpse at what Sana and Tzuyu do. And it would be a great way to determine if I'd like to join all of the girls or not.

Sighing, I threw my headphones onto the bed. "Fine, I'm in."

Sana squealed with excitement, taking hold of my hand, "Let's get you briefed on the details and then we'll head out."

-

Momo pulled up outside of a really creepy warehouse, turning the headlights off so as to not alert anyone of our arrival.

"Okay, so, can you go over what we're doing here, just one more time?"

Tzuyu turned around in the front seat, smiling softly at me before stating, "The men who work in this warehouse are supposed to pay us for working here. Rent, if you will. They haven't paid said rent in a couple of months. We are here to collect."

"What if they don't want to pay you?" I gulped, fear engulfing my entire body.

Momo cocked her gun, grinning at me through the rearview mirror. "They'll pay us what's due."

She's just a little bit psycho, who allows her to carry a weapon?

We all filed out of the car, making our way toward the creepy warehouse.

When did TWICE acquire a warehouse? And why are we renting it out to men? What are they producing here? Do I even want to know?

Before we could enter, Sana stopped everyone before turning to face me.

"If you're not confident enough to enter, just stay outside. We don't want you to be afraid but we also don't need someone breaking our facade."

"I can do this." Sana nodded, not seeming fully convinced. "Just stand at the back and keep a straight face no matter what."

Without another word, Momo flung the door to the warehouse open, all of us entering shortly after.

It seemed like production halted as soon as the door opened, all of the men looking directly at us.

One man, in particular, stepped forward, a worried look in his eyes.

"Ladies, welcome. To what do we owe the pleasure?" He looked between all of us, his eyes landing on Tzuyu.

She may seem innocent and kind but deep down, she's probably the most ruthless and cold person I've ever met in my life.

She scares me sometimes.

"Where's our money, Danny." He gulped, taking a half step back before answering, "We're working o-"

"It's been two months, Danny." The man named Danny seemed to be fearful, probably for good reason.

Another man in the back stepped forward, no hint of fear evident on his face.

"Ladies, we're good for our rent. Just give us a few more days and we'll pay the last couple of months and the next."

Momo raised her brow, slowly advancing towards the man, breaking his brave facade.

Stopping just a few inches from him, Momo cocked her head to the side. "You don't have a few days, Mark. We're here to collect now."

I watched as the other men began stepping backward, almost as if they were going to run away. Hell, I would too.

In the blink of an eye, Sana had her gun out, firing a shot into the sky.

All men cowered, halting their actions.

Fuck, that was loud.

Everyone's attention was back on Tzuyu and Danny as she spoke, "You have until nine o'clock tonight."

"Well...well what if...what happens if-" The man was stuttering from fear as he dripped with sweat.

"If you don't have it?" Tzuyu taunted, leaning in closer. "Then I guess you're dead, Danny boy."
