The sun shining through the little window awakened me the next morning. I slowly lifted myself from Eddie. I tried not to wake him, but he woke up anyway.

Today was going to be a long day.

"Morning." I said, with a tired morning voice.

"Morning," He smiled, also speaking with a tired morning voice.

"We've got a long day ahead of us. We should probably start going to Dustin's or someones; since we don't have a walkie talkie."

"Your right, yeah. No breakfast today right?"

"Unless you got any food on you, then, no. Not today. We'll be fine. The worst part is getting to Dustin's place, i mean, how are we gonna manage it without you getting caught?"

"We'll just have to go through the woods and maybe walk along the roads that aren't so busy."

"If you're sure. Best be careful Munson."

We eventually made it to Dustin's house without getting caught. There were a few cops that drove past, but luckily didn't see us because we were hidden in the woods.

These bloody cops- They were everywhere now, circling every street, questioning anyone who goes out.

"What are you doing here?! You could've been seen!" Dustin said, whispering loudly.

We were in his bedroom, his mum was home so we had to be quiet.

"Well lucky for us no one saw, so." Eddie grinned.

"Why didn't you just use the walkie talkie so that Steve or someone could-"

"We don't have one on us. We got caught last night by my mum and ran away." I said.

"Jesus." Dustin replied, stressed sitting on his bed, head in his hands. "I'll get Steve to take us all to Eddie's trailer."

"Have you got anything to eat Henderson? I am starving-" Eddie asked, jokingly but obviously meaning it.

"Really?! You want food when we are supposed to be entering another dimension?!" Dustin said.

"I had no breakfast, calm down dude." Eddie said.

"I'll be back then." Dustin said, walking out of the room whilst trying to speak to Steve on the walkie talkie. He came back into the room and chucked a box of cereal at Eddie. "Steve are you there this is Dustin." He said through gritted teeth. "He's never in range. The bastard is either choosing to ignore me or he genuinely can't hear."

"Try Nance." I said.

"Nancy do you copy? I repeat, Nancy do you copy? This is Dustin."

"We're on our way, chill Dustin!" Max answered.

"Who is we? Is everyone there?"

"Nancy, Steve, Robin, Lucas, Erica and me. It's all of us except you, Eddie and Sam."

"Why wasn't i told about this?!"

"You knew we were gonna pick you up-" Max said but it cut off.

"Oi, dickhead. Be patient. Out, over, whatever the crap thing you say is." Steve said, frustrated.

"It's over and out Steve! Over and out!!!" Dustin said loudly. "You heard them, their on their way."

Eddie and I just nodded as we stuffed our faces with the cereal Dustin gave us.

"I must say, it has been pretty fun all of this hiding and running." I said.

"Fun? Well, if you're not wanted for murder then yeah, sure." Eddie answered.

"Obviously not that part."

If i could, i would fake a murder on someone just so I could clear Eddie's name and replace it with my own.

"You two are like animals. The way you're eating that is actually disturbing." Dustin said, like he was some disappointed dad.

"Thanks for that input Dustin." I said.

"How long does it take for them to drive?!" He complained, pacing around the room, back and forth looking out of the window.

"If Nancy is driving, we will be here all day. But, i don't mind that. I'd rather be here than in another world." I said.

"I get that my room is cool, Sam."

He continued to look out the window, hoping they'd arrive any minute soon. They still hadn't, and Dustin began to grow impatient.

"Dusty?" His mum knocked on the door.

"Mum don't come in i'm naked!" He shouted back.

"Oh.. sorry!"

"Poor woman is oblivious." Eddie jokingly said, making me let out laughter.

"Okay there they are. You ready to run out that door?" Dustin said.

"Not particularly, but you lead, we'll follow."

"No, you lead i follow. My mum will see you."

"What difference does the order make?" Eddie said.

"Alright, if you two are gonna be difficult then go out that window."

Eddie and I went to the window. I opened it so that there was enough room for us to climb. I climbed out first, and then Eddie. Dustin went through the front door of course, so his mum wouldn't panic. Nancy and the others were looking and laughing.

Eddie and i got ourselves into the back of the car, and sat opposite each other. There was no blanket this time, so if anyone was around Eddie would just need to lower himself.

"Seriously, what took you guys so long?" Dustin asked.

"You were waiting for about two minutes Henderson, grow up." Steve said.

"I'm just saying, Steve. Hey is that new hairspray?"

"How can you tell i got new hairspray?"

"It smells-"

"You smell my hair?"

"Enough about hairspray already. Let's go." Max interrupted.
