The Wolf's Fairy [Hogwarts Setting]

Midnight Quidditch 2/2

Quidditch guide:
Since some people may/may not be familiar with Quidditch rules, I'll just give a gist of what to know:
-The chasers are people who are suppose to throw the Quaffle (a ball basically) into hoops, which scores them 10 points (a bit like football). There are 3 chasers in a team.
-The keeper is like a goal keeper
-A bludger is a crazy ball that basically wants to kill u (keep out of it's way). -(Beaters are people who carry bats and keep the bludgers outta your way)
-seekers catch a small snitch that earns them 150 points. Once the snitch is caught, game's over.

"Matthews has the Quaffle, and it looks like he's headed to the goal... HARLEEN BLOCKS IT WITH THE TIP OF HER FINGERS!"
Everyone on Macaroon's side cheered loudly.

"It's 50 to 40 folks, with the macaroons ahead by 10 points! And it looks like Aiden's determined to score another one- missed the bludger by an inch there! He's swooping through... He's about to shoot-" He then groaned, "He missed! Better luck next time William!"

The Wrackspurts cheered this time, but the macaroons' side was still in high spirit.

"Looks like Selwyn has spotted the snitch! You know, my boy Elios was a fantastic seeker before-"

Sullivan paused abruptly, realising he spoke too much.

"Ahem...Before he left the team."

"You can do it Elios!"

Elena glanced behind to see who was cheering for him, and she couldn't believe her eyes.

Nott.
She stared at her a full minute before Nott noticed.

"What?!"

"Why are you even here?!"

"I'm here for Elios," She said, narrowing her eyes at her, "who hasn't played Quidditch in two years because of you."

Soleil looked between her and Nott.
"Honey, is she annoying you?" She asked, smiling rather creepily.

"No, now focus on the game." She snapped, pushing her head forwards. She didn't want to be distracted from the match.

"On the chaser's side, looks like Sapphire is headed towards the Macaroons' goal- she passes it to Collins- THEY SCORE!"

Again, the Wrackspurts cheered, louder than before. Despite the crowd on both sides being small groups, they were considerably enthusiastic.
Elena noticed Felicia covering her face, and Soleil nearly biting her fingers off. Elena herself was holding onto Soleil's arm like her life depended on it. She loosened her grip, hoping she didn't hurt her too much.
This was why they never watched quidditch.

"It looks like we're at a tie everyone! And I think we have our tie breaker. Sienna Sapphire has spotted the snitch! Selwyn's right at her tail though-"

Elios zipped over to Sienna's side. They were both holding out their hands, trying to catch a small shiny ball...

The snitch suddenly swerved upwards, and Elios immediately followed it. His hand caught hold of the snitch only an instant before Sienna's could.

"YES! ELIOS CAUGHT THE SNITCH! HE- I MEAN THEY- WON!"

Elena jumped into the air, and nearly knocked Soleil over the railing. Felicia caught her before she could fall off.

"I'M SO SORRY-" She frantically babbled, "ARE YOU OKAY?!"

"Well, I'm alive." She said, unfazed.

Apparently, someone else had also become victim to a sudden outburst.

"You nearly crushed my foot!" Dane complained loudly, "it's not world cup

"I didn't see you! I'm so sorry!" Felicia muttered. She looked so apologetic even Dane couldn't complain further, although he did glare at her.
