Chapter 6

Tuesday, 5th May

Charlotte's POV

I woke up the next morning greeted by the oh so lovely sound of my alarm. Note the sarcasm. I walked down the stairs and I saw Reece, Lauren, Matt, Morgan, Bradley, Sam, Jack and Caspar having breakfast.

''Morning sleepy head!'' Reece says with a smile on his face.

''Morning guys. Where's Joe?'' I ask and Caspar smirks at me.

''He's still asleep I think. If you're going to go and wake him up can you please take his clothes up for him?'' Caspar says.

''Okay I'll go and wake him.'' I say, pick up his clothes and without waiting for a reply, I make my way up to Joe's room. I walk in and see him sat on his bed with nothing but a towel around his torso. I bit my lip and blush.

''Erm Joe?'' I say and he turns around immediately ''Sorry I didn't mean to scare you. Caspar has brought you some clothes from your car'' I say passing them to him.

''Thanks'' he says and smiles at me. I swear to God his smile melts my heart every single time. I walk out of his room and then turn back around ''by the way breakfast is ready so come down when you're ready.''

''Can you wait here for me? I'm just gonna go into the bathroom to get changed'' He said with puppy dog eyes and I just smiled and nodded. He popped into the bathroom and was out in no time. We made our way downstairs and we were greeted by everyone once again.

''Did you help him get changed Char?'' Caspar smirks and I stick my middle finger out at him.

''God I feel close to you guys already''I said and we laughed.

We finished eating breakfast and I convinced the boys to stay a little longer so we could all have a pool party together. Thankfully, Reece had some spare swimming trunks so he gave them to Joe and Caspar. I went into my room and changed into a polka dot bikini and went back downstairs where everyone was already having fun at the pool. I walked into the pool room and as I put my towel on the lounge seat, someone went behind me and wrapped their arms around my waist. I screamed and the next thing I knew I was underwater. I surfaced and my eyes met Joe's.

''You are such a dick!'' I screamed at him and he laughed hugging me. We spend the rest of the day just chilling. It was Monday today but we had a long weekend which meant that we didn't have to go to school. At around 4pm Joe and Caspar decided to go home to London as they had videos to edit and Caspar had a meeting later that night.

''Bye Charlotte, I hope you enjoyed yourself yesterday'' Caspar said and I hugged him goodbye.

''Bye Charlotte, can't wait to see you next weekend'' Joe said and I kissed his cheek. I hugged him and they left.

Later on in the day my mum called me to say that their flights got cancelled and that they will be staying in New York for another 2 weeks so I asked Reece to stay the night as I was too scared to be home by myself.

I was sat on the sofa with Reece watching Pretty Little Liars when someone rang my phone.

Me- ''Hello?''

Joe- ''Hey Charlotte it's Joe, I was just wondering about next weekend. Where do you want to film? Yours or mine?''

Me- ''Well my parents are in New York for another 2 weeks so if you're not busy then you can stay at mine for the weekend and then we can film at mine. Plus I could use some company''

Joe- ''I'm free from Friday to next Sunday so that will work out great. Okay I've got it in my diary''

Me- ''Great, I'll see you then, bye Joe''

Joe- ''Bye Charlotte''
