Chapter 10

Sunday, 10th May

Charlotte's POV

I was woken up the next morning by the ringtone of my phone. Joe was still deeply asleep so I grabbed my phone and rushed into the bathroom to answer it. It was Zoe.

Zoe-''Good morning! I hope I didn't wake you up''

Me-''It was time for me to wake up anyway so don't worry''

Zoe-''Ah okay. How are you? How was the date?''

Me-''It was amazing! I can't believe he organised all of this in a space of 3 hours!''

Zoe-''Hun he was planning this date for a few days. He really wanted to make it as perfect as he could''

Me-'' Well.. he succeeded''

Zoe-''I'm glad! I have to go now but I will see you when you get home. Bye''

Me-''Bye Zoe!''

I hang up the phone and place it on the sink cabinet. I glance at myself in the mirror, noticing the love bites all along me collar bones from last night. Joe comes up behind me and wraps his arms around me.

''Look what you've done to me'' I say, pointing to the hickeys. He doesn't say anything. He just smirks and spins me around. His eyes looking into mine and we smile. I place a gentle kiss on his lips and then wiggle out of his embrace to run a bath for myself. Joe leaves the bathroom and I hop into the bath. Once I'm out of the bath we get ready and leave the hotel room. Outside, we find the limo waiting to take us home. The drive to Cambridge was long but I spend most of it sleeping. When we arrived at my place we were greeted by Zoe and Alfie. Joe and Alfie had to go back to London but Zoe wasn't busy so I asked her to stay with me for a couple of days and she agreed. We were currently sat on the sofa watching Pretty Little Liars and eating Dominos. She noticed the obvious hickeys on my collar bones and, of course, assumed that we have gone further than we actually did. It took me a while to convince her that nothing actually happened and she finally believed me. If anything did happen she would be the first person to know. We spend Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday just chilling out, gossiping, eating, watching Netflix and filming videos. Today was Thursday the 14th of May and Zoe, Tanya, Niomi and I were sat at the poolside.

''I feel like having a party today'' I blurt out.

''We should invite some people and have one!'' Zoe says enthusiastically.

Niomi and Tanya agreed to go to the shop to get some food and alcohol while me and Zoe messaged some people and got the place ready.

I send out a group text to Morgan, Bradley, Lauren, Matt, Sam, Jack and Reece:

Hey guys! Pool party at mine today with the youtube crew! 7pm! LYL xoxox

I got responses almost immediately.

Morgan- Me and Bradley will be there!xoxox

Matt- Me and Loz are up for it! see ya there guys x

Sam- Jack and I will be there too! Can't wait to see yous, miss ya xoxox

Reece- Deffo coming! xo

I then text Joe.

To: Suggy <3

Pool party at mine today, 7pm. Come early :* xxx

From: Suggy<3

Will be there at 6. Can't wait to see you :* xxx

Zoe's POV

I messaged Jim, Alfie, Marcus, Louise and Caspar about the party and everyone but Marcus replied saying they were up for it. After about 10 minutes I finally got a reply from Marcus.

From: ButtButt

Hey Zo! I would love to come but my 16 years old sister is visiting from Cambridge. Would it be okay to bring her?x

To: ButtButt

I'm sure Charlotte wouldn't mind! Her friends are around 16-17 so she'll be fine! Bring her along x

Charlotte's POV

Once everyone confirmed they were coming and everything was ready and set up, Zoe, Tanya, Niomi and I went upstairs to get ready. We all got showered, dressed and did our hair and makeup (outfits on polyvore, link in bio). It was now 6pm and the doorbell went off. I was still paining my nails so Zoe went downstairs to open the door.

''It's Alfie and Joe!''She shouts and I finish painting my nails. We head downstairs and I go to hug Joe. He gives me a kiss and I can feel everyone staring at us.

''Okay you two love birds, get a room'' Zoe says and fake gags.

''Can we talk.. upstairs'' Joe whispers in my ear sending shivers down my body.

''We'll be back in a second guys'' I say as I drag Joe upstairs and into my room. I lock the door behind me and kiss him lightly.

''What's up?'' I ask.

''I know that this is probably the least romantic way of doing it but Charotte, will you will be my girlfriend?''

''No... sorry Joe''
