Chapter 19

Saturday, 23rd May

Charlotte's POV

As I wake up the next morning the memories of last night flood my brain. I get up and walk into the bathroom to get ready for the day. Joe wakes up a little bit later and we are ready to go down for breakfast.

''Are you okay?'' He asks me.

''Yeah I'm okay. Don't worry Joe. I'm safe now'' I say and kiss him.

''I just hate the fact that he touched you in that way'' He says, anger clear on his face.

''Calm down Joe. He's gone now. Please just leave it.'' I say and kiss him again.

''I love you'' He says and I smile. This is the first time he said it.

''I..love you too Joe'' I say and he kisses me.

The rest of Vidcon goes down well. The meet ups were successful, the parties were super fun and, thankfully, Sam Pepper didn't show up throughout the whole thing. Today was Friday the 29th of May and Zoe, Alfie, Louise, Caspar, Jack, Finn, Marcus, Niomi, Joe and I just arrived at the LA house we were staying in for the next three weeks. Tanya and Jim had to fly back home to do some wedding preparations and the gleam team went with them.

''This is amazing!''I say as I look around the house. The boys ran upstairs to pick the rooms. Joe has seen the photos of the house which meant he knew which room was the best.

''Charlotte our room is so sick!'' He calls, running down the stairs.

''But I don't want to sleep with you! You stink'' I say and he comes up to me pouting.

''I'm joking'' I say and kiss him.

''Right lovebirds! You stay here with Jack, Finn and Niomi whilst everyone else goes shopping!'' Louise says and they were out of the door in no time. Niomi and I got changed and we went to the pool. Joe, Jack and Finn

were sat on the side just chatting.

Joe's POV

''You are so lucky mate'' Finn says and I smile.

''I know, she is such an amazing girl'' I say proudly.

''It's surprising how the age gap doesn't bother neither of you'' Jack says.

''See, I think that because she is very mature for her age and I can be a bit childish at times it just equals us out'' I say and Jack nods.

''You deserve someone so great Sugg, after all you were the single one for the past few years'' Finn says, laughing.

''I think we should jump into the pool and scare the girls'' I whisper and Jack and Finn grin. We take out all of our valuables from our pockets, count to three and jump into the pool screaming.

''OMG GUYS!'' Niomi screams laughing.

''JOE!'' Charlotte shouts as we surface the water.

''Hello beautiful'' I say and swim over to her but she starts splashing me with water.

''Oh, it's on!'' I shout and swim back underwater. I grab her legs, pick her up and then throw her across the pool. Everyone joins our fight and by the time we know it, everyone is splashing water on each other.

''What is going on he-'' Louie starts but gets interrupted by a huge splash of water in her face.

''JOSEPH GRAHAM SUGG AND CHARLOTTE ANNE PATON YOU ARE IN TROUBLE'' She shouts and everyone laughs.
