Chapter 30

Friday 10th July

Charlotte's POV

''Zoe! Come on! We were supposed to leave half an hour ago!'' I shout from the bottom of her stairs. Joe and I were currently staying at Zoe and Alfie's house because we were off to see Joe and Zoe's parents today. I can't lie, I was nervous.

''Coming'' Zoe says as she hops off the last step with Nala in her hands. We leave her house and get in the car. I get in the back with Joe whilst Zoe and Alfie sit in the front.

''I'm so scared'' I say to no one in particular. Joe hold my hand and kisses my cheek.

''They will love you'' He says and I smile at him.

''They are capable of copying with Alfie so it's no doubt that they will love you!'' Zoe says making Joe and I laugh.

''Hey!'' Alfie pouts and Zoe giggles.

''You know I'm only joking'' She says and kisses him. She pulls out of the driveway and we make our way to bath. After 2 and a half hours in the car we finally arrived at the Sugg's mum's house. Zoe knock on the door and their mum opens it in an instance.

''Zoe! Joe! Alfie!'' she yells excited ''I have not seen you in so long!'' She says and embraces them three into a group hug ''and who is this beautiful young girl?'' She asks and I smile.

''Mum, this is my girlfriend, Charlotte'' Joe says proudly and his mum gasps.

''Oh my god darling it is so lovely to finally meet you! How are you?'' Tracey says and hugs me.

''I'm great thank you, how are you?'' I ask.

''I'm great thank you darling'' She says and invites all four of us inside. We sit down on the sofa and sip on the pre-made tea.

''So Charlotte, tell me a bit about yourself.'' Tracey says and I panic. I look over to Zoe who seems to know what I'm thinking about and nods her head 'yes'.

''Well, My name is Charlotte Burton, I live in Cambridge an-'' I say and she cuts me off.

''Oh! Your family is a part of the Cambridge elite?'' She says smiling and I nod.

''Yes I am considered to be but I hate it when people mention it. I don't like special treatment..'' I say ''I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude'' I finish off and she smiles at me.

''Don't worry hun, I completely understand'' She says ''so, how old are you?''

''Erm.. I'm...well..'' I struggle, scared of what Joe's mum is going to say.

''She's 16'' Joe blurs out and I breathe out the breath I didn't know I was holding.

''Oh...'' Is all she says. The room falls silent and we sit there for a good 10 minutes before Tracey speaks up.

''At least you're happy'' She says and smiles at Joe and I making us smile.

''Yup'' I say and Joe holds my hand. We all eat the lunch Tracey made and chat about all of our youtube channels. It was now 4pm and we said goodbye to Tracey and made our way to Daddy Sugg's house. He text Zoe saying he was out of the house for a bit so he won't be there when we arrive but we are more than welcome to go in and make ourselves at home. When we arrived at the house Zoe opened the door and let all of us in.

''This is such a nice and cosy home'' I say as I look around ''I love it!''

''I miss living here but I love Brighton too much to move back.'' Zoe says and we all go upstairs. Her and Alfie settle into Zoe's old room whilst Joe shows me around. We entered his bedroom and the first thing I notice is the boob mug sat on the shelf near the window.

''As if Sugg'' I say and laugh, holding the mug up.

''Blame Tom!'' He says as he puts his hands up in defence. I playfully roll my eyes and put the mug down. He grabs me by my waist and hold me extremely close to him.

''Did you just roll your eyes at me?'' He tries to whisper in a sexy 'Christian Grey' voice and he succeeds.

''Yup'' I say popping the p and he smirks.

''Well..I'm going to have to punish you aren't I?'' He asks and I smirk. He smacks and grabs my bum and smashes his lips onto mine. We stand in the middle of his room making out when we hear someone clear their throat. I snap my head towards the door and see Alfie stood there looking at us.

''Hey you two, Daddy Sugg is back, you might want to say hello to him before you have sex'' He says and winks at us.

''Shut up Alfredo!'' Joe shouts and I bury my head in his chest in embarrassment. We laugh and walk downstairs to meet Graham. When Joe and I get downstairs we see Zoe and Alfie chatting to Graham and they stop when they see us.

''Oh look, they've stopped snogging each other faces off!'' Zoe exclaims and everyone laughs but me. I just blush and hide my head behind Joe.

''Come on gorgeous'' Joe says and pulls me towards his dad.

''Dad, this is Charlotte. Charlotte, this is daddy Sugg'' Joe says and his dad smiles at me. We shake hands and he chuckles.

''Nice to meet you! Call me Graham'' He says and smiles at me. I nod and he turns to Joe.

''I made roast dinner just for you'' He say and Joe's eyes light up.

''DAD! YOU ARE A LEGEND!'' He says and hugs him. We tuck into the food and just chat about everything. As expected, Graham asks about me, I tell him I'm 16, he looks shocked but is happy an that was the end of our conversation. So far Joe's family has been accepting and I'm not complaining but I'm glad I won't have to meet anyone else for a while because I just don't want anyone freaking out. Joe and I were currently laid in his bed watching a movie and making out. We seem to do that a lot. I pull away and look into his eyes.

''What are we doing tomorrow?'' I ask.

''Nothing really. I'm not sure yet'' He says and I nod. We carry on watching the movie and I drift off to sleep.
