Chapter 12

Kai's P.O.V.

I finally arrived in front of Davi's house. I rung the doorbell. A few moments later, Davi answered.

"Hello?" He says

"Davi, it's me Kai." I smile

He narrow his eyes.

"Okay when we were younger, you stuck a crayon up your nose and it took some time for it to come out. For a few days some of your snot came out purple." I grin

"Kai." He hugs me tightly. "Why do you look different?"

"I'll explain everything." I told him

Davi invited me inside.

"Who is this?" A little girl appeared in front of us. She looks like she's four.

"Kai this is my daughter, Ava. Ava this is my sister, Kai." Davi introduced us

She waved hello and ran away.

I frowned thinking about the recording of what Natalia said over the phone with whoever she spoke to.

"Would you like anything to drink?" Davi asked me

"Water please." I nodded

I followed him to the kitchen.

"So tell me what brings you to Brazil?" He asked with his back facing me

"Look, Davi. I fled Munich."

He turns around and hands me the cup of water.

"You can't tell anyone that I am here in Brazil. I just need sometime to myself." I drank some of the water

"What happened?" He asks

I sighed, "I found out so much crap." I felt tears fill my eyes. "About Olivier, about Artemis, about Kol and even about you."

"Let's talk somewhere more private." He grabs my hand and we go into this room similar to Neymar's study room

We sit down on a couch.

"Alright tell me about Olivier." He says

"You know about. Olivier right?" I asked

"Yeah you two are all over the news. New couple." He nods

"Well, I found out from Artemis that she slept with Olivier. He got her pregnant."

(You have to be fucking kidding me, Artemis.) "Você tem que estar brincando comings, Artemis." He mumbles. "Is she currently pregnant?"

"No she got an abortion because she felt guilty." I explained

He sighed in relief.

"Artemis knows that I have relationship issues. I can't believe that she did that to me. I can't believe that my own boyfriend kept that big secret from me. It makes me feel so stupid because I honestly thought that he wasn't going to do that to me." I wipe my tears

"Love is blind." Davi purses his lips. "What about Kol?"

"My own twin brother is in love with me. He kissed me, Davi!" I threw my hands up in the air. "I actually don't want to talk about it."

"Alright now what about me?" He asks

"What's your wife's name?" I bit my lip

"Fernanada Gomes." He replies

"Did you attend Neymar's wedding?" I asked

His face harden with anger.

"No." He shook his head. "Around the time he got married, my father and I weren't on good terms. I got the invitation that his wife Natalia sent but I never attended. Plus Fernanda wasn't home, she was on a business trip. I wasn't going to go if Fernanda wasn't going. Till this day, my father and I still haven't made up."
