We need to travel to Eagleden and to Redville to meet the two musicians. The young man that Mrs. Ernest nominated was working at the mines until late in the afternoon. After that, he was at home to help with the housework. His name was Derek Marble.

On the other side, the young woman from Mr. Rosewalt's village was called Dorothy Foster. She was already married with two children twelve and fourteen years old. She was a housewife. Her husband was working in the fields. It could be difficult to convinced them to do something so daring. Before we talk to them, we need to be sure about their capabilities. For that way, Mrs. Falcon had some conversations with Andrew Storm and they made a plan before everything else.

I will accompany Mrs. Falcon as the organization's leader but it will be her doing the talking. We drive first to Eagleden. The young Derek may be more cooperative.

We visited his house. He had already been off work and was helping his mother to bath his younger siblings. He was really admirable. When we talked to him about our idea, he first was surprised and then he turned us down. He had no time or energy for that. We could understand that he was busy, but this is about his future.

-"We have a nursery at the organization. You can bring your younger siblings there. This will help you and your mother." I suggest.

-"You will only work at weekends to rehearse and perform. We will take over the duty to take and bring you back home. You can try it for some time and if you feel that you can't do it, you can stop." Mrs. Falcon tries to convince him.

-"I need some time to think." Derek says.

-"Sure." I say.

After that meeting, we needed to go to Redville and to Mrs. Foster. With two children near and at their teens, it was difficult to leave her house. She also needed to take care of her husband. Her life had nothing wrong but if she had some unfulfilled dreams, it was her only opportunity to realize them. We offer the same conditions to her and even better. We returned to Green Hill letting the two of them to think seriously about it.

-"I heard that you are preparing something interesting." Jane shouts while getting in the library. Behind her the rest of the youths follows her. They want to hear more about the new section of the organization. I have no other choice but to tell them.

-"How can you think about all these things?" Justin asks.

-"Well, you need to be creative if you want to achieve something." I tell him while I wink at him.

-"One thing is sure. With you, we will never be bored." Simon says and they laugh.

After a while, Mr. Jackson and the contractor come to the library. The contractor looks at me and smiles.

-"Miss Mars, I looked whatever I wanted and I have a pretty good idea of the place. After I submit my final evaluation, I'll probably be able to start working. I estimate that the works will begin two weeks later."

-"Wonderful!!! How long will take to complete the work?" I ask.

-"You are in a hurry, huh? Well, if everything goes in the right path, then, I estimate that, the construction will be complete in two months."

-"Good!!!"

-"I will send you a design of the complete product the way I visualize it. I think, it will help you with some preparations, right?"

-"Thank you very much. This is going to really help me." After saying goodbye, he left. Mr. Jackson will drive him to Harrisonburg and from there he will travel back to Washington.

-"That's great, Addie!" Jane shouts.

-"Yes, it is."

-"Then to help you, we can find you some good musicians from school." Steven says and I look at him.

-"I really appreciate it."

-"It is raining again." Andrea says while looking outside.

-"The rainy season will stop at the end of April." Justin informs us.

-"It's lucky that the construction will begin after the rainy season." Andrea notices.

-"Yes, this is really lucky." I say watching the rain. For a moment my gaze fell on Maggie's face. There was sadness on it. I didn't want to sour the mood so I didn't say anything. However, this heavy feeling in my heart gives me some trouble.

My mood surely went bad when I received Mr. Storm's report of our financial situation. It seems that the organization can't afford to do anything else. It is already difficult to give two scholarships because of the financial support of the fire victims. We are not a big charity organization and our revenue is been spending really fast. However, there are so many things I want to do. Money is always the problem! I really can't think any other ideas.

The next day, Steven and the rest come with three more teenagers from the third grade. They seem to know how to play music. One of them knows to play guitar and he is from Green Hill, the other knows to play the bass and one of them the keyboard. The last two come from Eagleden. I think we can create a band with these three and the two singers. When they heard that we suggested to Derek to sing, they were surprised at first but then they found it a good idea. They were in the same grade in junior high with him and they were good friends with the same dream to create a band and become famous. However, Derek took over the responsibilities of his family and gave up school and with it, they gave up their dreams.

We set up a meeting so I can listen to them playing. After school the next day, I go to the music room. Steven and the rest follow me. They are really good even though they are young. They only need some rehearsals. I am really satisfied with them. They are young but serious about it. We just need Derek's and Mrs. Foster's agreement.

I didn't expect it but the first one to call us was Mrs. Foster. It seems that she spoke with her family and they support her. I was sure that her children wouldn't have any problem but I wasn't sure about her husband's reaction. I think that people in this place are not as close-minded as I thought. I am happy about it. Mrs. Falcon organizes immediately a meeting with the young band so they can begin the rehearsals. She takes over her duties really seriously but I wouldn't expect something less than this.

When I heard her voice together with the harmony of the music, I didn't believe it. It was something so amazing that I thought that I was listening to an angel singing. Mrs. Flacon was also very surprised. She realized that she should do a good job. She had the dreams of talented people into her hands. I won't get in the middle of her job. This is her own responsibility.

I have a lot of other things that I need to take care of. The other members of the organization are for this reason. I had to trust my co-workers. I was ready to do that now. I was already trusting Alice. I should be more trusting of the others too.

Well, I think I trust one more person and this is no other than Daniel. It was really difficult to say that but I can really trust him. He is not like the other one. He is different. At the beginning, I was hesitant and scared but now I am really happy. Everything is going smoothly, so smoothly that I am afraid of it sometimes. However, I decided to have some belief in life.
