((A/N: Yaaaaayyyy so many chapters in one day 😆 Well that's because I'm quarantined since my family has COVID and since I live with them, I can't go to work to avoid passing it down to others so yeah, Ima be writing all week 😆))

((The Next Day))

You- "Ugh I can't wait to go get some food..."

You said as you walk back to the Sterilization Room to sterilize all the tools used for a patient's suture removal.

"(Y/N)."

You turned your head and saw your coworker reading charts in the computer.

You- "Oh hey! How's everything?"

"Good, you're about to go on your break?"

You- "Yeah, as soon as Derek is on his, that's when I'll go."

Your coworker let out a little annoyed groan, making you laugh a bit.

You- "What's wrong?"

"I wanna have you all to myself.."

You sighed.

You- "I know but I hope we can next time."

"Well I do get off the same time as you, wanna grab food afterwards?"

You thought for a bit.

By the time you get off work it will be 6 or 7 pm.

And Derek probably won't be home for another hour or 2.

So you began to nod your head.

You- "Yeah...I can do that."

"Yaaaay!!"

She gets up and gives you a big hug.

You tried to move around to create some distance but she wouldn't stop.

You- "Ah! Don't hug me!"

"Awww why? You don't like my hugs?"

You- "Not that I don't like them, but my coat is contaminated!"

"Who cares? Germs are for the WEAK!"

She then catches you and gives you a big fat hug.

Even rubbing her face against yours while she was at it.

You- "Ew! This person's puss got on my arms too!"

"Extra flavor!"

You- "Ew!!!"

You laughed as your coworker started moving around in the embrace.

You- "You're so gross!!"

"You are too if you work here."

You- "But I actually change out of my uniform before leaving the hospital."

"Wimp."

You- "Its not me being a wimp, its just the RIGHT thing to do after seeing so many people."

"Wimp."

You- "It's called being HYGIENIC!"

"A hygienic WIMP."

You laughed then finally managed to shake off your coworker.

You- "Alright I gotta finish my next patient before lunch."

You go to wash your hands and arms for a long time before putting on gloves to grab sterile tools to attend your next patient.

Once you grabbed all of the tools you need, you pick up a clean tray and head towards the next room.
